This is to escalate my complaints made on 27th and 29th june with regards to delivery of 2 items scheduled to be delivered on 27th & 29th for the order #[protected] and[protected], respectively.
In both the instances the delivery personnel did not call to deliver or deliver the items physically either to me or to the security guards as claimed by them. This shows a clear case of dishonesty from the delivery personnel of amazon india, while customer (Herein myself) continued to be at the receiving end. Both the times when call centres were contacted for resolving the issues and to get the delivery without further delay, they tried to explain me all internal systems & processes of amazon india, to which i as a customer have no relevance. And i as an amazon prime customer continue to suffer.
These type of customer (Suffering) services and poor integrity stature of amazon's personnel were never expected, but guess it is the reality. Both the incidents within a 2.5 days period also points very strongly to the acceptance of amazon india of such employee dishonesty as part of their general sop. Very disheartened to see the state of affairs of the company, i used to admire till 3 days ago.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
