They r not paying from last 2 year a small seller funds...

I had done a upi transaction of 500 rupees to my friend on 1st may 2020 through Amazon pay upi . But it showed pending but the the amount was deducted from my account and not deposited to my friend's account .
But unfortunately the money is not deposited yet . Please help me on this regard ....

I was on 30 days free trail on amazon prime membership from[protected]. On[protected] they subscribed me into the yearly package of rs.999. I immediately requested for cancellation of the package. This is regarding about the refund which is still pending to be credited to my canara bank account.
Amazon prime has iniatiated an refund amount of 999/- which was processed on 22.04.2020

It's been more than a week now.

I m unable to get my refund and credit shell from which is already issued by indigo to cleartrip. Now cleartrip is neither picking any customer care call nor have they support id. Basically my money 58 aed and 163 aed is stuck with cleartrip and i cannot access that.
