My details have been sold/shared to unauthorized party who are calling me for amazon lucky draw repeatdly and they are abusive.
I have never used my phone number in any other place hence i know that my order via amazaon has caused this issue.
I am getting calls from below numbers

    Data leak

    I have placed only one order using amazon so far and my personal details such as phone number, address has been leaked /sold to a fraud company who are calling me repeatedly for amazon lucky draw.
    They are also abusive.

    On 27 th june i purchased and cancelled the same product of rs 854/-. Which i paid through my debit card.. Still this money didn't credit to my account. Its taking too much time. Disappointed with service.

        I ordered lakme absolute eyeshadow pink paradise from amazon on 20th june 2020. Then i cancelled my order on 21st june 2020. But i didn't get my refund. When i call amazon, they told me that i initiate your refund from my side, you can contact sbi bank customer care by giving me reference id. When i call sbi customer care they told me i will not help you with this reference id. You can call amazon and ask them to give you utr number then i will help you. But when i call amazon they said that i don't have utr number. You can fill charge dispute form. But i don't know how to fill charge dispute form. Both amazon as well as bank don't help me, please tell me how i get back my money.

          Hi everyone i ordered electric flea comb for my pet on amazon.in i hav made a payment online only but the product was nt delivered nd the delivery status says product was received by the customer safely.
          So don't order online anything in amazon it's not trusted one

                I have purchased A product from amazon India In the month of may just during the lockdown .
                After checking the product i refused to purchase and return back to amazon.
                as per amazon policy return should be initiated to me In 5-7 business days but till now amazon did not collect the returnable item and hence did not refund me.
                Plz Help me as Its almost 2 months completed but amazon has not given me my refund.

                  I bought an air cooler from amazon india. And unfortunately the item turned to be defective.
                  When the product was ordered, it was promised to do 100% replacement or return if the item turns defective. And now there is something that the seller is asking to do self return, which i cannot do it as my parents are old and they cannot do the courier. I am way farther from them.
                  And i want amazon to respond to my question. If this item was supposed to be made self return, then why does the product show 100% guaranteed return by amazon in case the item needs replacement or defective.
                  I dont mind if amazon is ever going to

                      I have purchase a product from amazon india in the month of march.. Just before the lockdown happens. After checking the product i refused to purschase and return back to the amazon... As per amazon policy refud should be intiated to me in the 5-7 bussiness days but till now its[protected]. Amazon didnot refund me and if i try to contact on their complaint no. Its not responding i have a recording of one of its tellecaller assistance promise me to initiate the refund as soon as possible.. But it didnot happen plz... Help me its almost 3 months completed but the amazon india not given me my refund

                        I have ordered oppo a1k (Black, 2gb ram, 32gb storage) on dated 26th june, and as per tracking by amazone website it is showing 30th june.

                        But now, it is showing returned in status. They are not taking the serous ness of customer time.

                        Now they ar asking to back refund after 1 week.
                        It is not acceprble at all.

                        I refused all amazone service i never ever except this much careless.

                          I have purchase a air conditioner on 15th june from amazon.in but till now it is not yet shipped. Tried contacting amazon so many times over the call as well as on the email but they dont have any update. I have asked them to provide the refund along difference is rate as well as interest on the principal amount. But delay is from there side and also they dont have any update. Can you please help

                                I have received a smartphone from amazon india online on 29 june 2020. I found that the colour of mobile phobe is not as expected so i contact the company and offer the return /refund the mobile phone but company person told to me that our company have not any return /refund policy.
                                But when i ordered it there was also an option of refund.

                                  Got a call from number ([protected]) on 19 june 2020 at around 1:30 pm from a person telling me that he is calling from amazon.in and i have won a lucky draw which i can only respond to within 2 minutes, if i failed to respond within 2 mins i will lose the chance of getting the gift.

                                  They asked me to choose one out of 4 to 5 expensive gift products like apple iphone, voltas ac, fridge, sony bravia television, and dell laptop....

                                  This is to escalate my complaints made on 27th and 29th june with regards to delivery of 2 items scheduled to be delivered on 27th & 29th for the order #[protected] and[protected], respectively.

                                  In both the instances the delivery personnel did not call to deliver or deliver the items physically either to me or to the security guards as claimed by them. This shows a clear case of dishonesty from the delivery personnel of amazon india, while customer (Herein myself) continued to be at the receiving end. Both the times when call centres were contacted for resolving the issues and to get the delivery without further delay, they tried to explain me all internal systems & processes of amazon india, to which i as a customer have no relevance. And i as an amazon prime customer continue to suffer.

                                  These type of customer (Suffering) services and poor integrity stature of amazon's personnel were never expected, but guess it is the reality. Both the incidents within a 2.5 days period also points very strongly to the acceptance of amazon india of such employee dishonesty as part of their general sop. Very disheartened to see the state of affairs of the company, i used to admire till 3 days ago.

                                    I have received a damaged product from amazon india on june 13, 2020 and the same was picked by amazon today as i claimed for return and refund, now the status of the product in the app has not changed and i haven’t received an sms from amazon india till now confirming that the product has been picked up by amazon, amazon has blocked my account from calling them and m being harassed by amazon since 31st may 2020. Now the damaged product has also been taken away and i dont have anything with me and still the product status has not changed to return pickup successfull or returning to seller
