      I recently made an order twice and all my amount got deducted but the order didn't take place i don't know this happens everytime with amazon only but htis time if i don't receive my whole money back by yesterday then i'll definitely file a complaint against you people. I tried doing everything but the order didn't take place rather on top of that my amount got deducted twice.

            Hello

            I am writing this mail to give a summarized idea about the problem i am facing in getting back my refund of rs. 52000 (Approx) from amazon india.

            Order placed: august 10, 2019
            Order number:[protected]
            Order amount: rs.52, 440.00
            Seller : coolwindz
            Item ordered: lg 2 ton 3 star inverter split ac (Copper, js-q24auxa1, white)
            Delivery date: aug 12, 2019
            Item shipped by seller: lg 2 ton 3 star inverter split ac (Copper, ks-q24enxa, white)

            Product delivered: aug 12, 2019
            Installation technician from the company came on: aug 20, 2019

            Installation guy confirmed that the ac model is different from what was ordered.

            A call was made to the seller to inform that the ac model he has sent is different from what was ordered. The model sent by the seller had a lower price than the ac i ordered. The seller was informed about this and he tried to convince me to take this item as he does not have the ac model ordered. He admitted on the call that he sent the different model on purpose and this was not by mistake.in the call, i told him that i want the ac model i ordered and not the one he sent me. And then, it was finalized that the seller will pick up the wrong product from my place and a refund will be issued from his side after he receives the product back.

            A few days after, my amazon app showed that refund will be credited to your account after seller approves the refund. Seller approved the refund and still, nothing happened for a week or 10 days.

            A formal request of the refund was made on sep 15 (Via calling) after waiting for 10 days. And after calling multiple times, the request was denied by amazon on oct 25.

            After that, a long cycle of calling amazon regularly began and on every call, i was told to wait for 24-48 hrs saying that the escalation team will contact you in 24-48 hrs. (I have attached screenshots of the mails sent by amazon representative to wait for 24-48 hrs on multiple occasions)

            And that never happened. As of now, if checked in the system, i have made more than 45 calls to amazon regarding the same issue.
            I have mailed many times to amazon regarding the same issue. I have tried to raise the issue on twitter and facebook too but the issue has still not been sorted by amazon.

            (10) claim filed - sep 17, 2019

            (11) claim closed by amazon saying that refund has been received

            (12) shipping information required mail: sep 22, 2019

            (13) claim denied by amazon - sep 25, 2019

            (14) shipping information required mail - sep 28, 2019

            (15) my reply to shipping information mail - sep 28 (Despite calling amazon multiple times)

            (16) claim filed - oct 10, 2019

            (17) claim closed by amazon saying that refund has been received - oct 10, 2019

            I have been calling amazon again and again but still no resolution.
            My last call to amazon was today 15th may 2019 at around 2 pm. And again same response, someone from ecr team will call you and wait for 24-48 hrs. When i ask them no calls have been made to me for the last 5 months. And the same has been happening again and again. And i asked them what if no one calls, and customer representative has no answer as usual.

            Please help me in getting my money back from amazon and they should also pay for harassing the customer.

                I order an amazon item on 11-05-20 they shipped on 12-05-20 from bhiwandi maharashtra and the next day it arrive on bhiwandi maharashtra on 13-05-20 and left again the same place on 14-05-20. I have contact the customer service and asked them to help me contact the seller but they refuse to do so instead they tell me we don't have the seller contact detail nor their email. The first customer service i contact ignore and end the chat is that how they were trained to deal with their customer

                        I have 2 credit cards.

                        I noticed i was billed for amazon prime $14.09 on each card for amazon prime.

                        Due to double billing i called the credit card and had amazon prime which had been paid for 3 months challenged. As a result the card was cancelled, i had to wait for a new credit card before i had to call vendors who receive automatic payments from that long standing credit card with my new credit card number.

                        Now i notice on my second credit card i have 3 charges for amazon prime in a one week spand for $14.09 on may 7, may 9 and may 14, 2020. What's up?

                        Why is amazon prime now triple billing?

                          I purchased a product on 5th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund as per their confirmation refund was initiated 08/05/2020.                             1. Mee mee baby bather (Foldable and spacious, white)
                            2. Pampers active baby diapers, new born, 72 count.
                            The above mentioned details are the order which i had place on 18th of march, even after a continuous follow up with the customer care service amazon people are failed to deliver the 2nd item which falls under an essential items. It’s going to 3months by this 18th, i really don’t understand why amazon guys are so careless and if they can’t keep up their promises that they will deliver the essential items why should they take orders. The fact now is my baby is no more new born, she is going to be 3months old and i am not in requirement of those diapers hence need a justification from a concern team to address on this issue.

                            Note : i’ll definitely let those diapers on fire and post a video of it for the reference since it’s of no use.

                              I have ordered a mobile in amazon on 21.03.2020 worth rupees.34999 only and the order was cancelled on 23.03.2020 and at the same day amazon has refunded the money to my indian bank savings account: [protected] and provided the reference number:30005400840081155370529... But till today the amount is not reflected to my indian bank account... I have already made a complaint in my branch but there is no reply and no action taken from indian bank...                                 I am surprise to seen my credit card statement from 19/08/2019 to 19/04/2020 total 8 fraud transactions by amazon prime for about 930 indian rupees every month (For details refer below)*.

                                I am sure and confident that not purchase anything anywhere from amazon prime using my sbi card then what type of transaction /deduction happen by amazon from my credit card every month really not understand.

                                Request to resolve this issue on priority and give my total money about 7475.68 rupees back.

                                    Sir, i had order dated 22nd december 2019. For hx ve 750 drone but instead got a faulty hx 770 drone and is in not flying condition. So i have informed the amazon customer care the concerned official advised me to return to their pick up person, when the amazon pick up persons came and said that the no of toys is not match so they sorry to pick up the faulty item of toys deliver by amazon.
                                    Now on advised of such horrible situation create due to faulty and wrong item deliver even though i have paid the amount honestly and timely.
                                    On advise of amazon customer care, i have sent the above faulty item to shop 360
                                    022, venkata n, chennai tamil nadu 600017 in as print out given from your amazon side. But the above shop not received the toys and not mentioned for any reason for deny to accept.

                                    Due to the above situation. I customer of amazon and the above shop cheated of rs.1025 and courier charged which was not received by shop no 360 of chennai.
                                    This is the electronics mail which is treated as notice and if no any positive action taken then i will publish the same in news media for the wide interest of public so they can avoid such transaction and prime minister of india give priority to indian local item instead of such outsider agency so i will show such example.

                                        A refund from amazon.in of rs.358 of which refund reference # 7bjxc7yk0000k78n07pi dt.06/05/2020 to mahadev chandra nath, 73/a, kshetra mitra lane. Salkia. Howrah-711106 (Mob.[protected]) having sb a/c no.[protected] has not been processed till today. This payment to amazon was made by me online via rupay debit card no. 6521xxxxxxxx3028 of dena bank and hence this refund.
