This is a follow-up email regarding the complaint number #V191156989.
We've issued a refund of INR 1000.00 to your Amazon Pay balance: Money account, in relation to the unauthorised transactions made using your account. An additional compensation of INR 100 has been credited to your Amazon Pay balance: Gifts and Credits account in lieu of our compensation policy.

Please be noted about the points mentioned below, which can help minimize the risk of you falling victim to common scams:
1) Choose a good password, which is at least 8 characters long and a mixture of letters and numbers. Do not choose a dictionary word or a word, which could be easily associated with your name or address. Where possible, try to keep your password and usernames unique.
2) Protect your computer and mobile! Ensure your software is up-to-date and set an anti-virus software to run on your computer at all times.
3) Only open e-mails from trusted sources and let your anti-virus software scan all e-mails and attachments before opening them.
