I had placed an order for three copies of the book "outgrowing god". Yesterday i received delivery of books which was taken by our watchman swami in the morning.in the evening when i opened the parcel i found only two copies of the book in the parcel. As per my placed order no.[protected] on amazon, we have received delivery on[protected] at 01:30 pm of haier semiautomatic washing machine. The delivery boy of amazon told me not to open the package as the person from amazon will come for installation within 24 hours. If we open ourself then amazon will not give any warranty.

When i complained to amazon, informing when cost of instant wagh bakri tea is rs 135/ cost of shipping which is rs 55. Is too high. I was informed by amazon that shipping cost is decided by the seller.
When i contacted seller nema beverages, i was informed, shipping cost is decided by the amazon.in short consumer is exploited

I have bought a back rest from amazon.in on 31 december 2019 .Product reached me on 7 january 2020.Product size is very small and unusable.There is also 10 days return and refund policy for the product.But when i go to return page it shows non returnable.I contact the customer care on the same day and they asure that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 days. After 8 days when i didnt get the refund i again called amazon customer...

Ordered 2 products on 15 dec and 22 dec in cash on delivery method

And returned them both
And from till now i'm not get my refund to my account
Amazon is initiated the amount to my account
But bank is informing that they will not receive any amount
I just request to help me to get my amount safely to my account...

I ordered a book on amazon. After paying through bhim upi on cod order, bank shows the money deducted, but the money is not received by amazon, as the customer service says. Amazon confirms payment of rs. 610 with a reference number. Since i told them that my passbook is not reflecting the money, they told to contact bank with the reference number. Ordered product crompton cooler dated 3 nov 2019 with pre paid amount worth 9120 rs. After month of order date they said due to damage of product we can not deliver the product to you. I requested to deliver the same product since i waited for 1 month. But still no response from them. Till date the product is undelivered as well as no refund credited for the same yet....

This order was not executed. I have not cancelled tho order.
From the website it is cancelled byamazon.
Kindly take action to debit to my a/c rs 450.00 which was charged against this.
