I receiving this message from feb to till date - alert:rs.129.00 spent via credit card xxxxxx at amazon without pin/otp.

I did not give any permission to amazon to deduct any such amount from my account, and that so happened without any otp or pin. I did not make this transaction, and i want my money back immediately. This is totally unacceptable

Pl. Revert back and give me the complain no and contect person...

I purchased a product on 19march o[censored]sing my canara bank debit card payment was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 7th april maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number-#74332740096009581322865
I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.

      I was recently billed two months for the Amazon Prime Membership in the amount of $12.99. I was not aware of the membership and never used the account. Please refund my the total cost 25.98 back to my credit card account. I have made several attempts to contact Amazon by phone and I have received a pre recording every time.

        I ordered the items costing 493 rs from amazon on[protected].
        Order id:[protected]

        But i cancelled the order, now to get the refund back to my bank account, they (Amazon) sent me the 19 digit reference number. When i called bank customer care to get the amount, they told me that they cant credit the amount through reference number.

                The internet is suspended after the payment. What kind of service you provide.in this age where activation takes seconds, you are making you customer suffer after the payment. This was not expected from act.

                There is an option to logout and login but it does nothing. It is more than 12 hrs now my internet is disconnected. Pathetic service from act. Really disappointed

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 23 th april, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                      I am getting deduction of EMIs from my SBI credit card, even after cancellation of all my orders. I received 2 EMIs in my SBI credit card. 1st EMI deducted on 22nd March and 2nd was on 22nd April. Since I have not received any product, how can Amazon deduct payment from my credit card ? Kindly let me know.

                            In reviewing my credit card bill I see a charge for $127.33. I have no idea what this is for and am requesting it be removed. I should not have an account with you and if there is one I am requesting it be closed.

No one seems to care or conatct me to resolve the issue.. It is now 3 months i am trying hard to get someone to help me.

                                    I placed an order for typecast retro typewriter by we r memory keepers with amazon india and paid rs. 7599.00 through sbi credit card. Order no.[protected]. As per the details the order is supposed to be fulfilled by 456 stores - amazon marketplace. I have received an information from amazon that "456 stores not able to fulfill the the order and the amount will be refunded". Neither amazon nor 456 stores have not made the refund of the amount paid towards the order. I would appreciate if this can be taken up with amazon and its affiliate to get the refund of the amount paid by me. I have recently got re-issued my fresh sbi credit card due to some issues with my previous credit card which i hope not an issue to make the refund of the amount to my account. I have several times written to amazon but no proper response as to when i will receive the refund.

                                    Please let me know if this is has been forwarded and addressed to get my refund of the amount to my account. If anything further with regard to this order is required from my side please let me know to get this resolved at the earliest. The reason I raised this issue on this platform is that I have not been able to get a proper attention from Amazon Team on calls nor I am not able to open my Amazon Account which they put on hold with my several requests, which I feel unfair on account of some disputed transaction which have already been solved.
