So I ordered a boot from Amazon on the 8th of November but it never arrived, so I asked for a refund, which was initiated on the 19th of November and today is the 5th of December and I still haven't received my refund. I kept calling the Amazon customer service and they kept telling me to go to the bank and show the bank the refund reference number they've given me and so I did but the bank said they cannot help me with this issue, said its the senders responsibility to make sure I receive the refund and not the bank's. But the amazon told me that they've already initiated the refund and they're part is done. But I still haven't received anything

    product marked as delivered, doesn't get delivered

    Knk-mpl, a seller for amazon.in takes the order and then says the order will reach in 10-15 days. And as the 10-15 days mark is about to reach, the status says "delivered" but the product doesn't get delivered.
    After talking to customer care, they all say that the product "was delivered for different pincode". How the hell does that happen?

    After having such a situation, i checked the seller's review and there are lots...

    I am ussing a amazon,, some time befor i am add a 5000 rupea in amazon pay,, but some problem then amazon is hold my account and refund my money in account, but my money is not provide me.
    I am contact to bank but not response me,, then sir please help me add refund my money. Sir that my number [protected] whose i am uss amazon accont.. Sir i am suffring form a 2 mounth. But no body can help me, sir i am very poor and belong to very poor family, so sir please refund my money

      I have bought a product (Samsung galaxy m30s (Sapphire blue, 4gb ram, super amoled display, 64gb storage, 6000mah battery) on 16 oct 2019 on emi, but emi is not processed yet and i get bill of 12599 from my bank. Bank said it is not their fault amazon not able to create emi and now there is now ways to convert this transaction into emi. I have select payment as emi when i purchase this mobile now i am helpless.

        Submit a request with amazon but they are saying they delivered right product.
        Kindly look into the matter
        Seller cheated with me takes money for a branded product but delivered unbranded product

          My amazon account linked with g. Sarva. [protected]@gmaii.com. I have got approx. 2500₹ amazon pay from my sbi bank. Right after getting the amount to my amazon account my account was blocked temporarily. I was getting almost 12 mails to verify some unknown card details. I don't really own those 12 unknown cards. They are asking me to verify those unknown card details so that they can unblock my account. How can they even imagine me to verify the cards which are not mine.??? However i have added my own card to my amazon and asked them to verify that. But they keep on sending me unknown card details to verify those. I think amazon will not let me use my 2500₹ from amazon pay. This is some kind of fraud movement by amazon to lockin the amazon pay balance.

              There was a product delivered to me in damaged condition. I raised return request 6 times for the product, each it was being cancelled. I contacted amazon for more than 15 times and each time they escalated the case. They promised so many time for call, but never called back. Today, i was told that each time i have cancelled my return and they can not refund my money. I was completely harrashed by amazon service.

              I informed amazon that there is another product which was not delivered to me and informed the team immediately. They escalated the case again.
              Today, i was informed that i have received the product and signed while receiving product. This is complete mess done by amazon. Customer service they don't even talk properly. My money time has been gone in waste. I will definitely file a case in consumer court against amazon

                Foi retirado um valor da minha conta que não e referente a nenhuma compra que eu tenho feito, e esse valor não foi autorizado pra ser retirado da minha conta quero reembolso desse valor por favor e uma empresa seria q eu gosto de compra então espero que seja resolvido esse problema e que eu não seja precise excluí minha conta da amazon espero um retorna o mais breve possível.

                  I had an order for water purifier placed on 19 nov, while placing an order the delivery date was on 10 feb, which is unacceptable. After requesting to cancel the order i was kept asked to wait for seller to cancel for more than 10 days. The bank already started my emi payments for the order. Customer care had no idea if the seller is contacted, every time i call they say that the seller is never contacted by the previous customer care member. The highest department lead pooja told me that i’ll have to wait till february and keep on waiting, they will not do anything about it. They literally made me cry out loud. They were not contacting the seller and neither giving me the contact of the seller. Somehow when i reached out to the seller he told me that he was ready to cancel the order but amazon team told him not to as his ratings will ho down if he does so. He was kept on hostage too. The lady pooja in the hindi customer care department was not transferring my call to anyone higher level and kept my money for hostage. I can’t believe this is the level of amazon service.

                    I purchase mobile phone in amazon in oct 25 throungh online payment and after buying i disliked the mobile and return it.i returned, asking for refund they extending the date only im not receive any money.when i am asking they simply telling we are clear with our side u go and ask ur bank.when i asking bank they telling you and ask amazon.i don' t know where to go sole the problem

                      My name is Monuj email id is [protected]@GMAIL.COM which is registered with Amazon. My Amazon account is locked from 16th novembar about 16 days. Reason is that Someone use my amazon account and fraud with my amazon account and Misuse my account and trying to buy something using fake credit card.
                      After one day i see my account is locked . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please reply this mail with attached your credit card details with billing address to Amazon email] but that credit card filled by someone not by me.i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request

                          I had placed an order worth ₹999 with amazon which i had to retun for its pathetic quality. It had to be self shipped. The return page provided the address and all the information to how to ship it back.which i followed religiously and sent it throuh dydc courier by paying an extra amount of 150. I sent d copy of receipt to amazon customer care as well. After many days when i didn't get a refund i enquired at amazon annd they told me the seller didnt receive the product as the address was wrong. They r now teling me to ship it to a different address which is impossible as i dont have d product now. They would only start my refund then.its an amazon fault. Why should i suffer d lose.

Without that i could not contact amazon in respect of delivery and refund issues which were caused due to negligence of local delivery agents. Please unblock my above phone number asap. I have been a regular customer to amazon.. Recently when i had been to america my phone number got blocked by amazon for reasons unknown. I regret to state that it is very unfair to do so. Please take instant action to resolve this issue. Thanking you with the hope of early settlement.

                                These people are not at all ready to help. Cant resolve such a small issue. Every time they do same thing but still it is unresolved. These people are just sitting to make the customer fool.
                                Mistakes they do and at the end customer suffers.

                                  I purchased the xiaomi redmi note 8 from amazon. Theitem came sealed packed but after opening it, i found the sim ejection tool missing in the box. I contacted amazon customer care and they confirmed me they will replace the item for me.7 days went by i contacted them again, they said they can find a return pickup request booked but they cannot do it coz they need some time for investigation and told me they will contact within a couple of days. My first question how xiaomi india is exclusively selling a new launch only through amazon and then accessories in box are missing? Amazon even told me they have packed the item themselves i didn't get what they mean actually now are they doing the retail box packaging as well on behalf of xiaomi. I request xiaomi india to provide me the original sim tray ejection tool at the earliest else i have to take this issue further more of cheating innocent customers like us. Hope to get my problem resolved as soon as possible. I don't think xiaomi will want negative remarks for their brand name for such a small issue. Amaxon was even suggesting me to get a local copied tool from market how shameless they can be selling brand new item at 9999/- and then asking to get local accessories against missi ng accessories in original company packaging.

                                    I ordered a new product.they didn't deliver on time .and in Amazon application, show product is delivered.i paid money to [protected]@1142.but, after five days .they told that you have to two choice one is replaced or other one is refund .there is no value of time and money .so, i want to refund my money in 3 days .it's better for them.

                                      We ordered lg 21 l convection microwave oven (Mc2146bp, black)
                                      (Sold by: brand authorized sales) costing rs.11400 on 27th nov (Order#[protected]. We received the package by delhivery courier service on 29th nov. After opening the package treo bowls were packed inside instead of our expected product. We immediately contacted customer care raising the same concern. First they confirmed that the order is still not delivered and will be delivered by 2nd of dec while it was showing delivered in app, they told there might be wrong update on app. But when we contacted again saying in app status is still showing delivered, they confirmed the delivery and accepted our complaint. They sent us a mail to confirm it. And conveyed us to wait for next 48 hrs to investigate and get back to us on our complaint. Later when we reached on 2nd to know the update they told that they have initiated investigation and it is going to take 5 more days to have a confirmation about wrong delivery. Now, again when we contacted support they came up with a next date as 9th of nov. Meanwhile they sent us email raising suspision about us that they have seen our order history and it seemed we have larger no of refund cases from us, which is not at all true as we havent returned or replaced anything from amazon before. Last, 12th is the deadline for return of order and we can hear from them on 9th only which might be delayed further leaving us no option for return.
