Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
A refund of Rs. 660 has not been processed by Amazon although it has been more than 20 days. The customer care service has been contacted several times but are of no help.
My item is delivered but I didn't find my order I am not received any call and msg on delivery date but its showing delivered product my product and I make a payment of also my product please solve my issue. Please check wat is issue
I ordered and paid on 3rd june 2019, in tracking status shows delivered to me on 6th june 2019

Amazon ORDER

And i contacted customer service, but no resolution to get my ordered product.

Please take necessary action to get my product legally.

Receiving monthly bill for nothing. Stop now before I take legal action. I have talked to Sam's charge card service and was told to try communicating with you before getting the lawyers involved. This appears to be a scam and it is not what I expect from Amazon.

    Ordered for a laptop keyboard (ACETRONIX Laptop Keyboard for Sony SVF15212SNB Series (Black) ) . Keyboard was not apt for my laptop, so asked for refund. SInce i already returned my item twice. I returned my product on May 28th, untill till now i didnt get any refund.

        With due honor, I Sambhu Bar one of your valued customer since 2014 like to draw your kind attention that I have booked a Panasonic Eluga A4 (Gold) on 30th March, 2019 of which order No[protected] amounting to Rs. 5999/- from AMAZON.
        The Item dispatched on 31st March, 2019 and I have received the Item through Amazon Sales Person from Contai on 2nd May, 2019. I didn’t break up the sealed at time of receiving the item or in presence of the Salesman.
        But it is regret to inform you that when I broken the seal I found that firstly the Mobile Color is Black but I booked Gold Color. Another huge and unbelievable problem that the Mobile would not power on.
        After that I contact to the help line over phone repeatedly but no one from the support corner assist me to change the Mobile or give any resolution from any other corner. I became astonished that how is it possible or it is not expected from one of the biggest world online marketing Company.
        However, I request to your goodself kindly take urgent steps to resolve this issue.
        I attached all the valid documents with this mail for your kind information take necessary action in this regard.

          On 11th June, ordered the above article with payment in full. At the time of placing order, my delivery address was verified. I was assured of delivery through tracking my order. During the interim, it was not intimated that my delivery address is beyond serviceable area of the authority concerned. only on the delivery, after inordinate gap of 4 days, it was mentioned in the tracking portal only the cause for not delivering the item already paid against in full.

          This has led me to a unreturnable loss of 4 days barring me to opt for other available online alternative.

          My question is that can I take it granted that Amazon guarantees only the quality of the items being ordered and not the delivery of the items nor the irrepairable loss of time in respect of the purchasers?

          The authority made contact over phone. Instead of paying heed to my grievances duly complained herein, they insisted on my refund asap.
          I think my account is holding by amazon.. I want to shop at amazon plz unhold my account..in morning i ordered at amazon with my amazon pay balance... When I place my order I got refund and cancelled my order plz help me...
          My recharge of Dth didn't complete by Amazon and also didn't received on my bank account.

                Sir I am very much angry due to your coustmber care services and the delivery of my new phone Redmi note 6 pro 4gb ram and 64gb rom .
                Sir when ever I call to the customer care service they use to extend the time of my phone they provided me the wrong info.why I have to face this problem may I know the reason .
                Why Amazon is providing this much worst type of service .
                I am very much disappointed from the courier service and the coustmber care services of Amazon

                Pls. Solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I have ordered a branded laptop's power cord and adapter on Amazon with Amazon Prime membership. It was expected to be delivered on 13th June. Amazon delivery center was called to check when they are going to deliver the package on 13th June morning. They said after 2-00 PM and before 9-00 PM. No one came to deliver. But on the next day on my amazon account it shows that delivery was attempted. When I tried to call the Amazon Delivery center it does not receive the call stating that the lines are busy. Finally through Amazon Customer care chat the complaint was registered and they committed that it will be delivered on 14th June by 9-00 PM.
                  The delivery was missed on 14th June as well.
                  There is no way to call the Amazon Delivery Center or the Amazon customer care as the moment you give your registered mobile number - their systems are programmed to tell that all lines are busy and call later.
                  Thus Amazon has designed a system to harrass the customers and the whole scheme of Amazon prime is actually a great fraud.

                  Then I requested a call back and then they again commit that the package would be delivered on 15th June.

                  Only Time will tell if they will meet this deadline.

                  My suggestion is that people should not take Amazon Prime subscription as the Amazon's delivery service is very poor and the Amazon Prime is a way to make money and not give any great service of quick and gauranteed delivery.

                  With this kind of service being provided by Amazon - very soon its competitor would start putting Amazon at least in India out of business.

                    I had ordered one Plus 7 phone on 11th June which was due for delivery in 24 hrs. The delivery guy calls me asks me the address and says that he doesn't know the route so will be sending someone else and put my order for mis delivery. And now it's 72 hrs since I've placed my order but I haven't yet received it and when I call at the customer service for an update they just keep saying it will get delivered today.

                    Shear disappointment being an Amazon prime holder i placed an order for a product eligible for delivery within 24 hrs. After 72 hrs I haven't yet received my order.
                    I placed an order on 11th June expected delivery on 12th June when I contacted the customer service on 14th June they said it's out for delivery and the website showed the same. On 15th June when I call and ask about the status it is still at Amazon station and said it will take more 24 to 48 hrs for Delivery!! Shame!!
                    Customer service representative provide wrong info and also the delivery person info details not provided.
                    Due to all this nuisance I had to cancel my order!
                    No benefit o[censored]sing prime membership at all!! Mere disappointment.
                    For the cherry on the top the customer service on representatives act as if they don't give a damn about customer sufferings!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to take up prime membership
                    I have been receiving unauthorized credit card charges for amzn.Com/bill wa in the amounts of 13.07 .
                    13.07 months of may-June please remove charges and reimburse $26.14 to my account as i haven't signed up for any amazon prime package.
                    this has also happened in the past mysterious charges from Amazon.
                    Need to Report a violation against Amazon India

                    1) Cases are missing from case log
                    2) Associates are closing case with without any proper resolution.
                    3) Getting same reply after 3 months but there is no progress

                    No proper assistance, and escalation.

                      I had purchased a medical health device (BiPAP respiratory product ) on 20-Feb-2019 from Amazon India. On the amazon site this product was from manufacturer Respro UK with 3 years of warranty. My father is sleep apnea patient and required this device in order to sleep. This device cost me Rs 45, 849 with taxes.

                      Once the device was delivered my dad used it twice and found out that is broken and not working as it should. I tried to contact Amazon India to get this device replaced. Amazon customer service provided me with manufacturer email address and asked me get in touch with them to get it replaced, since this device is in 3 years warranty.

                      Upon contacting the manufacturer (Respro UK), they informed me that this device was not never authorized by them to be sold in India and this is a fake/counterfeit product. I provided this information to Amazon India, and asked them to take the product back and refund Rs45, 849/- that paid for this device.

                      Now I have been trying to get a refund from Amazon India since more than 2 months, but all they keep saying is they are working on it and need a week time. This one week of time has now become more than 2 months and I am still waiting to hear from them. Everytime I try and get in touch with their customer support department, I am informed that I will get the refund and need to wait a week more. I have even escalated this issue to Amazon India Leadership team and I get the same response. Last week I had a word with one "Priyan" from Amazon India Leadership team, and he too asked me to wait for 3 more days, and as before I never received a response from them after 4 days.

                      Amazon India is so pathetic, they do not even understand that my father is suffering due to not having this product to sleep. And yet they have been delaying my product. Moreover they sold a counterfeit MEDICAL EQUIPMENT endangering my father's health.

                      I have provided all the documentation to Amazon India including Invoice, replay from Manufacturer(Respro UK) stating this is a counterfeit product.

                      Please help me get refund of this product and return this counterfeit product so that I can purchase the equipment that my father needs. The amount involved is huge (Rs45, 849/-), so only once this product is returned and my money refunded, would I be able to purchase the correct equipment.

                      A company and brand like Amazon India should better understand what customer well being and customer satisfaction is.

                      This is exactly the issue here. Even after raising a Consumer Complaint against Amazon India on June 14, 2019. There is no response from them. Pathetic!!!

                      Amazon India charged me Rs 47000 for a fake/counterfeit medical healthcare device and are not willing to return my money!!!

                      Stay away from Amazon. Pathetic company with pathetic customer service. They are all a bunch of liars and fraud.

                          I have purchase anker power 20000 mah powercore power bank from amazon. In amazon there is daily shopper who sell this product. I order that anker power 20000 mah powercore power bank but they sended me anker 20100 power which was old product. After that amazon refuse to do return pickup they told me to courier this product to seller in given address. I have purchased this order 4, 500 rs and my money got wasted. After 10 days my power got problem. Charging was not going properly...Amazon need to think about think issue and i very afraid of them no one helped me.. i have received invoice which was in order but i havent got invoice which i have vwry baad amazon. i will never use amazon in life

                            Amazon company had planned the return procedure of the cushions which costed ₹499.We returned the item on 6 may and the refund should be done in our account by 11th may. The transaction I'd of the item is[protected] the amazon customer care is confirming that they have refunded the money but the allahabad customer care are refusing to it and stating that no transaction was being found. The allahabad customer care had given us the complaint number 94186

                              cash deducted from bank...next day i recieve message deliverybwas cancelled...and will recieve cash in next 4 to 5 days...its been more than 5 days...
                              its not the first time i having an experience like this...3 orders i place is not refunded yet and it was a year before...
                              i contacted the bank they havent received yet...
                              amazon customer service is saying contact with the bank..
                              i am not the one who cancelled the delivery...
                              and i cant spend my whole day asking and begging for my money...#fraud

                                On our credit card statement for the period 5/8/19-6/8/19, is a a charge for $120.03 from Amazon Prime. The credit card is an Advantage Aviator Red MasterCard #[protected]. The charge transaction date is 5/15/19 and the posting date is 5/16/19.
                                My wife and I do not remember this charge and do not have a receipt. Can you please give me some background on this charge?
                                Charge for $13.54 I do not recognize. reference number 6280 dated 5/29.
                                Please advise how and who made this unauthorized purchase using MY credit card number.
                                Is this enough verbiage to gete your attention?

                                  I oredered a laptop that was defective then again i put req for replacement that again it was defective then when i return the laptop the are not giving the refund and has taken the laptop from me its been more than 10 days they just say to wait for 3-4 days

And other day they called me and said that you are selected for the job as Supervisor in the Tirupati . And then they told to pay Rs. 1700 as a refundable amount which is for the ID and uniform purpose. I payed them and they again mailed to send the bank details to refund the amount i didi too and mailed back . again they called and told that they need to open a bank account in ICICI for the puroose of salary account for that they told to send rhe ₹5000 amount which is refundable with in 30 mins after creatinf the account . I have sended the amount to them and they called rhat we are doing your process that's it then i have called back and mailed them i didnt get any responce from them !                                       A message has been received on my phone and it says that a sum of Rs. 999/- spent on card 5546 **** **** 5019 on 8 June 2019 at ICL*Amazon standing was processed without PIN/OTP as prescribed by RBI.
                                      This transaction has not been authorised by the card holder. Please check and cancel the transaction/stop payment of such misuse of my credit card.

                                      Please cancel this transaction and reverse/Credit the amount to my credit card and oblige.
