Dear sir,
I made a prepaid order of redmi 5 mobile for rs 7500 on 14.05.2018, but still, i haven't received the product. I lodged so many complaints (5 times) to customer care, but they divert me to contact other numbers and mail, i have tried both the mail id and toll-free number on 26.05.2018, but no reply. They looted my money 7500inr and didn't, t deliver yet. I am totally disappointed. And 29.01.2018 i got tracking details that is product got delivered in amazon pick up point and get it from there. So i have approached amazon pickup point to get the product, but they easily replied not yet received (Wasted 100 rupees for petrol to reach the amazon pick up point) and a customer care asked me to send mail to some email id (Wasted browsing charge 50rupees). They makes wasting my time (Spent 3 hours) and money in different ways but they doesnt do any replacement and priority to deliver my product. I need compensation and my mobile. Cheated by amazon india, already i have been waiting 16 days still they asked me to wait and not giving date to delivery. I am totally disappointed. Kindly do arrange the needful and resolve my complaint at the earliest

      I purchased a kettle through amazon india sold by the online home store, the product was delivered through india post, once the product is recieved it found that the product is in damaged condition. I made a return and refund request for the product through amazon. They provided a return formalities and asked me to courier the product to some address and the courier charges also made from my pocket, it has been couriered on 19.05.2018 through professional couriers and doc no is kmi411394 almost 10 days has gone after they received they have removed the return and refund option and to check the status also. Now i didn't receive any refund from amazon. I have contacted them but no response. I need my money back.

        My sel[censored]sman shaikh, i ordered a product (Ajm primium quality mhl wire kit worth rs. 609/-) from amazon on 8th april 2018. But i am not satisfied with the product so i returned the mhl wire kit on 12th april 2018 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 12th april 2018, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 509/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. "012826" for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no. "012826") so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is rs. 509/- and name - usman ahaikh,

          I have ordered a 100%original lenovo bl 243 2900 mahli ion battery for lenovo k3 note mobile on7/11/2017 and payment rs 695/-also made through online on same day. My order no.[protected] dt.27.11.2017. But till now i have not received the said battery or return the money. Several email has been done in this regards, but no responded by them.

            This is inform that i had bought a product from amazon (Royal oak berlin queen size bed). The product was defective (Having crack in one of its panel). I raised a request for the return of the product on 22nd may 2018 but till today the product is lying at my home. No one came or contacted for the pick-up of the product. After following up with the customer care & asking them everyday repeatedly for the pick up of the product it seems there is no solution for this problem. The product has not been picked up & they are holding my money as well which i had spent for the buying of the product.
            Being a prime member of amazon this kind of service is not at all expected.

              Am a prime user bought a watch vch supposed get 2day 9pm. I got a msg saying it's dispatched and updated in app. I called delivery agent [protected] dis routed to some other guy and he is abusing nd said this isn't amazon no. I have called cc they said agent accidentally scanned. I asked cc people two things
              1. Call the agent with the above number. They don't have access to call "then how they confirmed that is a wrong scan"

              2. If the product is not delivered change the status in app. They said they don't have access.
              I asked him for next level escalation.in next escalation they disconnected my call. Saying product will delivered in 24 - 48 hrs

              On last call they said the product will be delivered within 48hrs or they will refund. They are saying the product arrived hyderabad. I asked acknowledgement for escalation they said they won't give.

                Fake product has been delivered!
                I had ordered a mtt officially licensed armour back case cover for iphone 6s from amazon.in
                The product delivered is completely fake
                They have infringed in selling this product to me
                I have heard of replacements and refunds
                But where is the punishment for violations of consumer rules

                  I pratunu mahapatra. I ordered a product from amazon on 28/04/2018. But amazon delivery wrong product. I cancelled the product and amazon collection the product on 08/05/2018. I paid cash on delivery rs -22150/-. But this money didn't credit on my account. I call customer care. He said that i refer money your account. But no money credit in my account. My money refer is responsibility from amazon. My order number[protected]. I hope amazon queak action in my case.

                    I have purchased a bluetooth device from Rahul Mobile Accessories. I received the material in broken pieces. I immediately applied for return of the material but no one came for pickup and when i called customer care and rahul mobile accessories, i was said to courier the material. But it is not possible for me to courier. Please arrange a pickup and refund my money

                      I ordered through amazon for suppliying three fans of crompton two of same color and one of different color. Order delivered to me. I was surprised when i opened the box there were two fans only. When complaint made to customer care they did provide me the internal enquiry report and asked me to go to local police. Company of name if do such fraudulent activity and suggesting to go to place shows their mismanagement or coalition of some miscreant staff there. Pl look in to it. I have lost my rs. 2500/- out of my hard earned money.

                            Hi amazon consumer complaints,

                            This is regarding order#[protected] ordered on 30 april 2018

                            This order was returned for a refund on 18 may 2018.

                            Amazon sent me a email saying they processed my refund 24 may 2018 for 249.00

                            I have yet to receive the refund in my bank. Can you please check and find out where my refund went to?

                              Amazon sent a perfume with the brand name on it but it smells terrible. I have been using this brand and product since a long time. I know the smell very well. But the i have received is a fake perfume. The smell is terrible. It's some local deo spray.

                              Amazon refused to refund, even though they have not sold a genuine perfume.

                              Even you guys seem to speak the language as they do. When a genuine product is not sold that's when public approaches you for justice hoping you will ask for proof and figure out the truth and stop these people from cheating the public.

                              I guess none will trust you guys too.

                                I purchased a product on amazon on 16th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 20 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 258809 I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                                  I had ordered for biba suit 1199 from amazon which was big in size. Had requested for return it had reached the warehouse and it was mentioned by the rep of amazon that it will 3 business days for amount to be refunded. I was waiting kept on calling them after 3 working days they had mentioned it will take some more time. After a week on chat helpline rep mentioned thar product they have received is faulty so refund cannot be initiated. I called to ask regarding refund he is saying that product is faulty refund cannot be send. I said alright when i have send you the incorrect stuff please return me the same or send me the pic. As per them thry donot have that stuff with them so they cannot send me back that faulty shoes. Amazon now wants to make money by stealing money of the customers. This is heights from this kind of the company to do this kind unprofessional. They are theives who are sitting over there.

                                  Had booked movie tickets through paytm and had cancelled the same. Cancellation was confirmed by their representatives over the phone several times and also on email. However they dint process any refund for this transaction saying we have redeemed the tockets and we have watched the show. Wherease we havent attended the show.

                                    This is to bring in light serious malpractice done by your pickup delivery staff or i can say deliberately guided by management of amazon india so that customer misses return date.

                                    This is third time i have faced problem while returning item to amazon

                                    This time is with said order number in subject.

                                    I had scheduled return pick up on 27th may 2018 from 13:00-19:00..
                                    This guy agaent from pickup team calls me at 12:00 to just say that he had visited my place but no one opened up.
                                    Today 27th being a sunday
                                    Every family member were present now how he can claim no one is there secondly if time is scheduled for 13:00-19:00 then why he calls at 12:00? I get rescheduling message.

                                    I told him to come between sechduled time. But then i get message that pickup has been cancelled.

                                    Now what soup is been created by your agents?? Because of your incompetency and lack of proper training to your agents why am i suffering???

                                    So till then you don't pick up i won't get my refund!!?
                                    I want my refund to be processed within two days.
                                    And by third day if i don't get refund i will forward to consumer forum.

                                      When i reached out to customer care they say it is out for delivery but they don't have delivery person number.

                                      I got a sms with a number to contact delivery person says he is not responsible for delivering in our area.
