I ordered sandisk cruzer blade 32 gb usb flash drive on 25.05.2017, 02.06.2017 it is delivered by case on delivery boy. I paid rs.640.00 after opening the box it is empty. I request you do the needful and return or refund my amount at an early at your end. Please find the attached fake parcel pic.

I, therefore, request your good-self to kindly take necessary action for earliest payment.

    To customer service,
    This is extremely important, urgent and of an extremely grave nature. Repeatedly i have sent you mails to unblock my number so that i receive calls from customer service by selecting call me option when i need to. It's been more than 2 months and each time one of the agents reply back saying issue has been escalated and will be fixed between 3-7 days (The duration increasing with each email.) there is no ownership to check with the user or the escalated department if the issue is resolved. I have stopped purchasing from amazon because of this. Pathetic customer service. Infact it is the worst customer service ever. Escalate this issue and arrange a callback from the department you escalate to and take ownership to resolve this issue. I want a resolution not mere assurance. I want this issue to be resolved within 24hours. You have already wasted 2.5 months.

        I have ordered hose pipe for lpg from amazon. Received product. But i can see mrp sticker of rs.499 on the wrapper. Printed price is rs. 250.00. They took rs. 349.00 for the same. This is cheating. Need your help to take action on such big brand. It should be as per mrp on the wrapper. I have purchased this product by keeping trust on world famous company amazon. But if they are cheating like this. Government should take strict action on such cheaters.

          After numerous attempts, i got the deal for redme 4a mobile at the end of third week. Much awaited delivery as i had promised my previous phone to another buyer within a week. After waiting several days i gave him the phone and did not receive red me 4a either. Superinconvinient. When u call the courier service they don't pick up phone, company tells you that parcel has been successfully delivered to i don't know whom and they don't know either. Courier services must have made the receiver sign the acknowledgment for receiving now they not picking phone. Super unprofessional. . How these agencies and courier service even survived a day. Thank god i did not prepaid for the parcel rs 6000...  worst experience ever. Watchout people

            I had placed two orders #[protected] and #[protected] in the past 12 days after joining the prime membership. For both these orders delivery was not done within the promised 24 hrs. For order...339 delivery was done post 48 hours after updating the system as address issues and only part delivery was done.
            For order...769, the message was received that order has been delivered and signed off, however nothing was delivered. Repeated calls to helpdesk did not resolve the issue the next day as well. Finally a refund was provided but no assurances that any additional orders would not face similar issues.
            Alternately i had to make local purchases at higher rates.
            Its sad that prime membership resulted in delayed/non delivery wherein prior to the same delivery was normal on numerous occasions to the same address

              I have purchased the lg refrigerator on 8th april 2017 by using
              City bank debit card

              I supposed to receive the 10 % cash back by 7 th july 2017
              But i have not received.

              When i reached customer care they are informing me that, i have used the net banking option.

              I have taken the city bank debit card details from my cousin and also
              I don't know the city bank net banking credentials

                I have returned the mayra top on 18 july 2017 but till now i have not receive my money return. May i know the reason.. If such thing happens with the customer how they will do the shopping through amazon..                   Sir,
                  I ordered a bedsheet with order id:[protected] from amazon. It was damaged therefore i filed a return request but nobody even bothered to look into the issue. I was asked to return the product by myself and that too without surety of refund. This is unacceptable from a brand like this. I am highly unsatisfied by your service!!! Kindly look into my issue asap.

                  I have ordered for three green and pink cotton silk sarees but I have received 1 only.Since I was not available for getting the package I was not able to check it when delivery man was present.But the payment has been received for all the three sarees whereas I have received only one!!

                    I have placed an order or a samsung mobile phone on the amazon app, worth ₹9000, the delivery person came and i gave him the amount in ₹10 notes but he refused to accept the amount.
                    I complained about it on the amazon customer care, there was a guy named mohit, he said the the official position of the company is that the customer can pay the amount in any denominations they want even in coins, but i they won't accept the payment in the currency that i am paying and i will have to change the notes to a higher denomination.
                    I even offered to collect my package from there warehouse if it's a hassle for the person to take the payment in the aforesaid denomination, but they bluntly refused and said that nobody in the warehouse or from amazon infia will accept the payment in the denomination i am paying even though i am ready to carry the amount myself to their warehouse.
                    I am looking into legal advice regarding this matter.
                    Please help me regarding this.

                      It is brought to the company's attention that i ordered a cellphone redmi 4 a and the estimated delivery was shown on 26.07.17 so believing that i made necessary arrangements but the item is not delivered till date and the more disgusting things was that we were inquiring for the past 3 days and every time the gati services assured us that they would deliver on time but here we are.

                      The delivering responsibility was in the hands of gati services and they did it with utter ignorance which also consequently shatters the company reputation too. I am a college student and i needed that phone badly and i had to suffer due to this ignorance.

                      I believe that you will take strong actions against gati although i will be filing a complain in consumer forum.

                      The required details of the delivery is mentioned above.

                        As per my concern, let me explain i haven't received the refund of rs 399 and of rs 220 for my order #[protected]
                        I have received the refund reference number #335245 but bank customer support agent is unable to help me out.
                        What is going on. Making the middle salary man leaving speechless.

                        This is completely unbearable, i hope you understand the importance and value of money # amazon.in. Please make sure and look into this at the earliest other wise i am forced to boycott the shopping from amazon.in and have to escalate this consumer court.
                        Please accept my apology for my future actions.

                            I had placed product of ifb 25 l convection microwave oven (25bc4, black +floral design) the order from amazon on 10th july 2017 in the prime customer offer and cash back of 15% in hdfc bank.

                            Due to damage condition of my first order it was returned and second one more oven was delivered which was damaged condition and amazon refunded the amount.

                            My query with amazon and communicated to me that once place the new order and told that "i would like to inform you that once you've place the order please write us back we'll manually add the cash back in the form of gift card" and based on their confirmation again place the order no#[protected] dated 25.07.17.

                            Now i contacted with their customer care, they are not responding properly and simply says that it is bank offer bank only decided and wait until 12th oct 2017.

                            I know about hdfc bank only offered 15% cash back on 10th to 11th july 2017.

                                As i simmi charly was trying to purchase a washing machine from amazon for monthly emi and as i climed buy i clicked debit and the asked me the details of the debit card and as i entered the wrong details for many times the said that my card is blocked for online transaction and to unblock should contact coustermer care then said that to contuni with other method of payenen click continue
                                I had done online payment on AMOZON of Rs.2199 on 3/11/2017 and it got declined.
                                Amount has not been refunded in my credit card N0o.[protected].
                                Pls do the needful in this matter.
                                I will order a headphone to amazon and it were given a wrong item, I am return to amazon, and amazon were not given a refund successfully.amozon please give me refund to my bank, I will contact with Amazon and it were say refund successfully but it were not received at my bank

                                      I had ordered from amazon on 5th july.
                                      The delivery date was mention 17th july. On 17 i call them and they told it will deliver within 24 hrs.

                                      I waited another 3 days then again call them on 21. Same line repeated and told me that it will deliver in next24-48hrs and date has been changed to 25th july.

                                      Call on 25th, they told me that they will contact seller. Seller replied that will be deliver after 10/15 days.

                                      Amazon representative told. When i told that the call is in recording mode —
                                      "do whatever you can do"

                                        I had ordered parrot toy it was supposed to come today and shown out for delivey and they return it saying that i am refused to take it but actually no one come, this not frist time with me they done it with me at earlier order also, if they cant do thier job or provide service effectively they should shut their online site, as to receive the order i stay at home today and i dnt got my order, i dnt no where i can complain for it i had made call to their customer care and i dnt get satisfaction answer.
