    I have purchased some items vide order No.[protected] on dated 01.10.2016. As per tracking record the item is required to be delivered to me on 07.10.2016 but it was not delivered and a false information has been uploaded that Delay Delivery on customer request. Accordingly immediately I contacted amazon, who assured me that I will receive my item on 07.10.2016 by 2000 hrs but it was again not received. Your courier has again mentioned false information on 09.10.2016 that Delay Delivery on customer request which is also wrong information. Again on 10.10.2016 another wrong information has been uploaded by your courier company that Delay Delivery on customer request. Today is 14.10.2016 but still I have not received my items. It is shame and very poor service.

      I had placed an order wih amazon on 3rd oct and it was to be delivered on 10th oct, since 10th oct i have been contacting amazon customer service i spoke to sindhu, ankita, mathan, jenima, all of them gave me false assurity of delivering my product and till date my product is not delivered.
      I have a complete chat with one of their member... He told me to wait till 8 pn yesterday n gave me gurantee of delivering the product, i was waiting till 8pnm i neither received any call from agent, nor did i get my product.. What is the use of delivering the product after birthday, becoz it was birthday gift for someone.. I want to complaint against these guys for giving false assurities & fooling the people around..

      still i have not received the delivery & they have blocked my calls and chats..i wasnot able to contact them through my account, so just for verification i made a new account and contacted them through that account i was able to chat & call... as i am complaining since wednesday they have blocked my calls & chat from previous account.hopeless people with hopeless service...

          1. ordered “motorola fixed wireless phone“ (order #[protected] on 4th oct, original estimated delivery date was on 7th oct. on 7th it did not delivered so i called[protected] to check the issue, the customer care told me that the package is already arrived in pune and will be delivered by 11th oct, but did not get the delivery on 11th oct. and even on tracking portal there is not update its still showing “expected by 11 oct” where todays date is 13th. yesterday i again called customer care[protected], however it seems that they do not have any control over it.

          2. ordered “game labyrinth“ (order #[protected] on 4th oct, estimated delivery date was on 12th oct. on 12th oct i did not get any call from the delivery person neither he visited to deliver the product, beside of this i got the email and sms that “your amazon.in order #[protected] could not be delivered as customer was not available”. without been visiting the delivery location or calling me how you can say the customer is not available?

          Please note that i'm daily calling customer care on[protected] to get some update the representative just tell that the products will be delivered within next 24 hours, but now its been 72 hours and i'm still waiting for product to be delivered or for any update on it.

          Pls let me know where i’ll get exact info on my orders.

          It is very very unprofessional way and False status report by Amazon on the Tracking Order updated after my below trail email was posted.
          The order placed on 6th Oct 2016.order #[protected]
          The package is with courier facility at Pune for 4 days now since Thursday, 13 Oct 2016.
          Amazon sends me an SMS that the delivery will be done today and when
          checked with the Amazon Agent on his mobile no [protected], which was send
          in SMS the agent says he doesn't have any such order in his list for any delivery.
          Height of Delivery team is next below:-

          The Amazon.in website is updated with the Status "Delivery attempted - An attempt was made to deliver your package on 15 October.The carrier will attempt to deliver on the next working day."
          And the above status was updated against the Track Package at 11:17 PM late night. i.e when i had complaint in the trail email.(refer below screenshots of the Tracking Updated posted on your web site.

          This is to bring to your notice that there had not been any Courier agent visited, on the entire day of 15-Oct-2016. verified with the Security team, I had being at Home for the entire day . Inspite of this Amazon goes ahead and publishes the FALSE updates on the Website for the Customers orders.

          I request to all friends DONT BUY FROM AMAZON ..

            Order No #[protected] has reached destination hub but the agent is delaying to deliver the product. Daily I am contacting the agent and he is assuring the delivery but then by the end of day I am receiving a sms stating we couldn't deliver the product due to customer not available. This is not this time but every time. If this will be the response then I have to think for shopping from Amazon India. The product and packaging are excellent but delivery is not good.

            Is this the process if it is for COD ?

              My order #[protected], i have placed ordered on 1st october, 2016 for “oneplus 3 (Soft gold, 64 gb)” but till today i am struggling to get my package,

              I am calling to customer care every day since 10th of october but getting the same reply “your package will be get delivered within 12 or 24 or 48 hours ” but no luck,

              It is in delhi courier center since 9th of october, they are updating information for tracking “it’s out for delivery” for last three days, i see status as delivery attempted on 12th of october,
              But i didn’t get any call, i didn’t get anyone at my doorstep for delivery which i can surely say its false statement only for update purpose,

              Yesterday i called to customer care to ensure i should get may package atleast today, following since morning, every call person was saying you will get the package possibly today also or maximum by tomorrow early morning, when i had talk in the evening, i came to know at call package was not out for delivery, again it was false status on the tracking, so it was sure i can’t get the package in yesterday’s date and i was waiting for whole day,

              Below is the one chat which i had with one of customer care representative:

              Hello dheeraj,

              I'm very sorry that your order #[protected] has not been delivered yet.

              Unfortunately, because your chat session was idle for more than 5 minutes, i needed to close the chat. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.

              As the package has still not been delivered to you, i've immediately escalated this issue to the courier department and requested them to complete the delivery within the next 24-48 hours on high priority.

              However, as the package is in the destination city there are chances the package might get delivered to you by the end of day.

              We truly value your patronage with us and look forward to seeing you again soon.

                I had ordered some products together on 6 october to be delivered at my relatives. Campus sutra round neck tshirt should have been one of them. I kept calling customer care on 13 october and they told me it would be delivered. Now on 14 th morning i checked my mail where they say product delivered on 12 october. Its not there. I have paid through card.
                This delivery malfunctioning keepd on happening.
                I dont need money i need my product.

                  This is in regards to amazon prepaid order no.[protected] for himalaya herbals babycare gift pack, which was placed on 3rd october 2016 through amazon prime.

                  The product was suppose to get delivered on 13/10/2016 with the amazon agent contact no. [protected].

                  At 2:28pm on 13/10/2016 i received a sms from amazon that the product got delivered. On calling the agent there was no response. The multiple calls went unanswered.

                  On calling amazon customer care they didn't provide any solution and said that i have to wait for another 3 business days for them to look into the matter.

                  When i called them again today first their agents refused to provide any support and said that cannot transfer to supervisor making the conversation difficult. On calling them for more than times they transferred the call to supervisor and no solution was given.

                  Since its a prepaid order how can someone update the order status as delivered directly to customer when actually it wasn't. Its a total case of fraud. I am suffering as my money i with them and have not received the product.

                  Amazon should not play with customers money and trust and strict action should be taken for such unethical and irresponsible behavior of amazon

                    As i ordered favoroski ethnix red plain kurta pajama on 03/10/16 vide order id:[protected] & payment made from debit card. As i ordered the product for puja. The material not delivered on time so i returned the product on 07/10/16 vide amazon return id: xhug60582rma but till date debited amount not credited in my account.

                    Returned ordered made 7 days back not single action taken by amazon.
                    Never expected such thing from big brand like amazon

                        On 15th sept 2016 morning i booked order for mobile phone moto 4g 4th generation paid through citi bank credit card, amazon reported that transaction has been declined from citi bank side then i tried again for payment with same credit card but same issue of transaction decline has been communicated to me by amazon.
                        Later amazon requested me to choose cash on delivery (Cod) option for that order which i did and it was finally successful and consenquently amazon promised with me that within 3-5 business days if my amount debited will be returned back to my credit card account but till 8th business day was over, my payment had been put on hold.
                        My due date for that order for delivery was 19th sept, which was later extended to 24th sept which was communicated to me 19th sept itself thats why i cancelled that order on 19th sept
                        My concern:
                        1. If my order was on cod basis why it took so many days for refund to get credited back to my account.
                        2. If my order is on cod why amazon waited for order to return to their warehouse, if i wouldn't have cancelled that order i would have been tortured for another few days. It was my wise decision to cancel that order.
                        3. Citi bank paid to amazon twice but why amazon refused and told me that payment has been declined from bank.
                        4. Why amazon didnt refund that amount on 15th sept itself.

                        However i received the total amount into my credit card on 27th sept 2016 after almost on 13th day, but during these period (15th to 27th sept) i have to write so many mails to amazon in response to that got reply with fake and wrong informations. I was mentally tortured by by this whole episode in this my family also tensionised alot.
                        I feel extremely harassed and tortured.
                        I demand strong action and proper compensation from amazon for this wrong intention and fraud attitude.

                          The product should have been delivered by 12. Oct.2016, there was no one at home, couldn't collect the package, but as per the website statement. It should have been delivered by 13th but there was no calls no msgs no updations in website.
                          I had called customer care 3 times and they are least bothered about the complaint.

                              Hello,

                              I placed an above mentioned order on 2nd october, 2016. However, i haven’t received the item. My story starts here. The original delivery date was on 6th oct, 2016, i contacted the delivery person with the phone no i received he said that the item will be delivered by the end of the day and i was waiting for the item the whole day and also later that night i received an notification in the app that attempt to delivery was failed. Immediately i contacted the customer support and reported it the rep filed the complaint and assured that the item will be delivered by the end of 7th oct, below is the screen shot:

                              The next day a person came to pick up the tv that at 7.30pm unfortunately i was not at my home and my wife and son were alone. The tv i offered for exchange is an old crt tv that was around 8-9 years old, my wife called me and informedthat a person has came to pick up the tv i talked to the person and said as per the terms i read while ordering the tv it should be picked up only at the time of delivering he didn’t agree for that and was asking for the original box of the old tv. I clearly informed him that i don’t have the box and advised him to take the tv after the conversation he refused to pick up the tv. Again i called the customer service and talked to two are more peoples as the call was dropping often and informed them regarding the above situation, they promised me that they will escalate this issue to the appropriate department and the tv will be delivered by the end of tomorrow.                               After speaking with customer service people who were very polite and assured me that i will receive the item as soon as possible i believed that i will receive it at the earliest, however on 8th and i waited the whole day and spoke to the customer service rep continuously. And they assured i will received the item at the earliest.

                              On the same day i spoke again to the rep who provided an horrible support after getting frustrated i updated the status on facebook regarding the worst experience on order.

                              The next day on 10th oct, morning a gentleman from social media team named shakeeb called me and apologize and promised me that the item will be delivered within 24-48 hours and offered me a gc of rs.300 as a compensation for the inconvenience occurred which was supposed to be delivered at by the end of 12th oct.

                              Here, i’m still writing this to you because i haven’t received the item yet. When i asked for the representative to cancel the order and refund the money he said it will take more than 10 days for the money to appear in my account as the item has to be received by the shipper after that he needs to acknowledge only after that the refund will start processing, from there it will take 5-7 business days for the money to appear in my account.

                              Now i’m receiving the below mail:

                              This representative he again wants to start from the beginning, i don’t want all this things to start over from the beginning. So kindly refund my hard earned money, as we saved it very hardly for the past one year to buy a tv. I’m also a customer service representative for one of a leading ecommerce site in usa.in my experience i have never seen a customer like me. Before ordering this tv i also ordered a speaker that was my first order at amazon.in the truth is no one attempted to delivery me but the status appeared as delivery attempt failure.

                              One 4th i ordered a ifb washing machine on one of your competitor website the item arrived as promised i’m informing you this because my address is not an undeliverable address or a rural address.

                              I do not have any other words to you, please refund my money i will buy a tv from the local shop here. I’m really tired of all this stuff please refund my money.

                                I have ordered moto g4 plus on 2nd oct. From amazon. I had been assured to get the product on or before 13th oct. But till date i have not received the product.
                                I called customer care 3 times, every time i was promised to get the product tomorrow by 8 pm. I needed the product badly as a gift for my mom's birthday, but till now only false promises from amazon i have received, and what really frustrating was they are asking me to cancel the order and get the refund, this is not the way to provide the service. Wait for unlimited time or get refund : solution given by amazon. They do not value customer's time/efforts

                                  Details : i had ordered a mobile phone (moto g plus, 4th gen - white, 32 gb) from amazon.com with order no#[protected] on 3rd october. it was supposed to be delivered between 7-10th october. but even after contacting customer care several times over the period of last 3 days its not yet delivered. every time i talk to customer care they promise me that they have accelerated the issue to higher level and contacted courier service to deliver the product soon but nothing happened till now. on tracking the website says the package has reached delhi 3 days ago but since then no update and customer care people have no idea where is the package and when it will be delivered. and this being an exchange order i'm facing too much trouble as i have to leave my existing phone behind at home in delhi everyday as amazon does not delivers in noida where i work.

                                    Amazon india sale sucks big time...
                                    I had ordered a samsung on5 pro mobile for my dad on 3rd oct 2016 for which the expected delivery date was given as 10th oct 2016. The product had arrived at mumbai courier centre on 8th oct however it never moved from there till date. I have been constantly quering the customer support folks since 10th oct but they kept asking me to wait for the next day but their next day never arrived. Finally today on 13th oct they replied that their courier department has lost the product and would take indefinite period to deliver thus, i asked them to cancel my order and they replied saying they have initiated the cancellation however the money will only be refunded after the product reaches them. Which means i never get my money back if its stolen or not dispatched at all from their end. I now believe that its the best trick for amazon india to get customers money use it and may or may not return it back.
                                    My suggestion to amazon india is to refund my money asap if you do not want further defamation and loose customers.

                                      I HAVE ORDERED sennheiser cx 180 street ii FROM AMAZON DELIVERY DATE. But there is a delay of 3 day i call to customers care but my problem is solved by them they are delaying too much

                                        I had placed an order on amazon for 2 soaps Order #[protected] on 10th October and I got a message today 13th October that the order will be delivered by agent having mobile number [protected]. When I contacted him in the morning to know what time he would do the delivery he said after 4 p.m and before I could ask him anything else he hung up. Later he called me up at 6:09 p.m and I was attending my evening prayer. Though I had told Amazon previously not to attempt delivery during prayer times but looks like it fell on deaf ears. Anyway after finishing my prayer I called him back and he asked for my address and I explained him the landmarks near my house for him to easily find the address instead he told me to come and collect at the landmark I said you have to deliver it at my house I am not going to come and collect it and he said why are you talking rudely to me. I said firstly you attempted delivery during prayer time and you are calling continuously couldn't you have given a call after 5-10 minutes by that time I could have finished my prayer and I said speaking of rudeness in the morning when I called you spoke so rudely. He said he was stuck in traffic and he was taking his mother somewhere, I said that is ok but could you have not called back after you were free and then his rudeness started he said that he thought it was a office call and he picked it up otherwise if he knew it was my call he would not have answered I told him if he could not take calls due to emergency he should assign someone else and not speak in a rude manner then he said ok next time for you I will park the vehicle on the road and take your call. What I want to know from Amazon is that if the guy is working he should not let his personal life affect his professional life and if at all he cannot carry out his job properly he should not work and spoil the name of Amazon and spoil the mood of a customer. I really would like to know from Amazon what action was taken as you can get my mobile number from my order number which I gave you. I want to know what action was taken in regards to this issue and whether Amazon really cares for its customers to be have a happy shopping experience or have a bad one.
