I booked above order on 4th september and was given delivery date of 9th september, than after made approx 25 calls to customer care team but my product couldn't get delivered till 14th september 16.

I asked amazon to take back but they give ridiculous argument that i have opened the package so they cannot do anything. How can one check the item without opening it pl ask amazon to repay my money.
