Amazon India — balance not refunded | |
My account no[protected] Customer id[protected] I purchased a product on amazon on 5th of november month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 4th of this month maximum time frame was 7 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service. They didn't give proper reason. Please check and confirm the status and send my money.
