My Amazon order no.:[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on the next day 14th aug under my Prime subscription. Which has not been delivered and it's the third order in which I'm facing the same kind of issue.
Even writing email to customer Support and Company CEO isn't any use. Even calling customer care multiple times and having conservation through chat also wasn't of any use and they are not even aware about basic process knowledge.It has really become a joke now. No one is able to tell me what exactly is going on with my order. Prime subscription is really a joke now.
Earlier I was promised by the Amazon Executive Customer Relation team that such incidents won't happen in the future with me, but within a week I faced the same issue with 2 of my orders. Yesterday I was promised by customer service executive that i would be receiving call from Customer excutive relation within 24hrs and still haven't got any update and when I reached them they said you will be receiving call from them when they are free. Amazon needs to improve their customer support executive.
If a Prime subscriber faces such issues then what will normal customers do? Please look into my issue and help me to get resolution.
