Amazon customer service executive cancelled my order without asking me I ordered a product on 7th September 2021 and the delivery date was 9th. I saw the status on app that it's running late but will be delivered soon/next day. So I waited the next whole day but the product didn't arrive. I called them on 11th asking about the status. They said it'll surely be delivered on 12th however it didn't arrive on that day too so I called them again on 12th at night. The agent placed my call on hold and said I'll check the order details. But while the call was on call I received an SMS about order cancellation. I immediately asked the agent why did he cancelled the order without my permission and all he said that I'm sorry but it couldn't be delivered since it was already running very late. My concern is I purchased that product at a discounted price and now the price has been increased. Moreover, during the call, I never asked the agent to cancel my order or neither for a refund. I just asked about the status of my product. Please give me the product at that price ONLY (999rs). I DO NOT NEED A REFUND Was this information helpful? | |||
