Amazon India — black ox television reliability issue | |||
I have purchased this black ox 80cm (32 inches) full hd - smart led tv 32lxf3202 television from amazon on 27 june 2019 and got delivered on 02 jul 2019. I have purchased this television only because it was sold by amazon india. I didn't expect that amazon will sell a fake and unreliable product to me. It was working fine for 30 days, all of a sudden, the display of the television went off (Note: i am living in a community apartment with 24/7 power backup) i have reported the issue to ticket id-9h2-34339basc[protected] to the black customer care (Third party call centre) on 2 august 2019. But still today[protected], i have not got any update from the company. Order date:27-jun-2019 Order[protected] Issue: Amazon sold me a product (Black ox 80cm (32 inches) full hd - smart led tv 32lxf3202 television), which seems to be produced by a fake company. Manufacturer will not provide any support and service for the product. Amazon will not support for product replacement, even though the manufacturer will not support the product. Now i have forced to keep the television with me, which is not at all working. I have tried to reach the amazon customer care, they have conveyed me that they will not support after the return window is closed. If i have brought this product in showroom, i will have option to resolve the issue via the showroom, but here amazon also washed their hands saying that they will not support and manufacturer also will not support for the service and replacement, even though i have warranty for the product. This are the ways i have tried to get the resolution for the issue. 1. Called the blackox television (Which is maintained by third party vendor.) Contact number[protected]. No mail communication for the issue i have raised. Still today[protected] i don't have any update. Also from 9-9-2019 i am not even able to call the customer care from any number. 2. I have tried to reach brand manager of black ox Sahil[protected] Ibadat[protected] Upanyas[protected] Who doesn't even want me hear, what am i saying for past 40 days.in past 40 days, they have picked my call thrice to say that they are busy in some meeting. 3. Called amazon customer care, they will not return window is closed. Question to amazon support team: I have purchased a product from amazon believing that, the amazon will sell reliable product and provide extensive support in case of any issue. I would to understand, why your not supporting to get a resolution for a product in my case. Return window closed is a convincing answer. Even though the window is closed, if customer don't get support from the manufacturer for 1 month old product, which is sold by amazon. Then they should help me to resolve the issue or they should taken back the fake product sold to me. Is there any other way to get my money back,??? Was this information helpful? | |||
