Amazon India — blaming the customer for their issue | |||
I have oredered scott international black sweatshirt in amazon on 07/09 and my estimated delivery was 12/09 and i agreed for the same and ordered the product. And when checking the tracking details on sunday i was shocked. They updated my tracking detail like the order was delay in delivery on customer request which i never asked for any delay in delivery. For the same issue i have chatting with two agents from amazon pavan and pancham, they never solved my issue and answerd my questions till end and they telling like it was technical issues. For technical issues in their database why customer should be blammed. Finally they never answered my question and disconnected the chat. Waste of time for 2 hours. Don't believe amazon.
