Amazon India — blocked account | |||
Hello, My amazon account is blocked because i mistakenly typed wrong credit card details. I have contacted amazon customer service at least 40 times but they are not responding well. They asked me some details which actually i can't give because i don't have that details. How could i gave them such details which i don't have? I have also contacted through email but same thing. Its like i am catched in a vicious cycle of email, call &chat of same thing to different customer executive. Address verification always want same details which i gave them at least 50-55 times. I have also some money in my amazon pay balance. Which i unable to use because my account is locked. Hope from here i will get some relief and help. Was this information helpful? | |||
