Amazon India — blocked my number from receiving customer service. call by selecting call me option. | |||
To customer service, This is extremely important, urgent and of an extremely grave nature. Repeatedly i have sent you mails to unblock my number so that i receive calls from customer service by selecting call me option when i need to. It's been more than 2 months and each time one of the agents reply back saying issue has been escalated and will be fixed between 3-7 days (The duration increasing with each email.) there is no ownership to check with the user or the escalated department if the issue is resolved. I have stopped purchasing from amazon because of this. Pathetic customer service. Infact it is the worst customer service ever. Escalate this issue and arrange a callback from the department you escalate to and take ownership to resolve this issue. I want a resolution not mere assurance. I want this issue to be resolved within 24hours. You have already wasted 2.5 months. Was this information helpful? | |||
