[Resolved]  Amazon India — broken wheelchair

I, tinu Thomas purchased a wheel chair from chaitanya care through amazon coasted RS. 9750 for my father who is bedridden at my home in Kerala in 2018. within one year it is broken and and cannot be used at all now.
I have mailed this issue to amazon and seller 4 or 5 times but nobody responded yet.
i have attached photos of pay bill and broken wheelchair to this mail
so I request you to give solution to this issue such as refund the money or exchange the item

sir I have already put forwarded about the broken wheelchaire against amazon but neither amazon or chaithanya care company responded yet.
