Amazon India — building lies | |||
Still i have not received my refund money and now Amazon has started lying that refund has already been sent to the bank and the bank will credit my money back in 4 business days but that given 4 business day time is already over now they are saying 5 business days and after that they will say 6 or 7 and so on till how long more do I have to wait for my money and the stress that I am getting on a daily basis just because Amazon did not quality checked or asked the seller to do a quality check before sending the product and even 2nd time they did not even bother to do the quality check and now I have to go through all this mental trauma I even asked the customer care before buying tell the seller to do a quality check and they said they will tell the seller to do that and i need not to worry about it but now from past 1 and a half month all I have to go in a daily basis is to chat with customer care send email and so on its like I have got a job ..
