Amazon India — Cancellation of order after confirmation. | |||||
I recently purchased a moto g turbo (White) phone from amazon.In website in a very good deal. The actual price of that phone is rs 12499 but after using a promo code the price of this product reduce to rs 4999.Before placing my order i go through the seller profile of "cloudtail" which i found very satisfactory and it's a trusted seller of amazon so i purchased it through my credit card and after placing the order i got an amazon order number:[protected] and amount of rs 4999 had been deduct from my credit card. Next day i got a mail from amazon email id ([protected]@amazon.In) that my order got cancelled. They gave me the reason "we regret to inform you that your order for moto g turbo was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled." We buy stuffs from amazon because of the trust they carry, but what they did for creating publicity of "moto g on amazon" advertisements is not at all tolerable. I request you to take an action against them, i don’t want refund, i just want my phone & compensation for cheating me.
