Amazon India — Cancelled my order and saying sorry its price error | |||
ORDER PLACED : 17 October 2016 Order Time : 6:00AM Item Name : Acer Liquid Jade (White) Mobile (B00WMKZFCE) Seller : Cloudtail Amazon announced Great Indian Festival sale From 17th -19th October. So i searched deals and found a deal showing that the mobile price was RS.0.64 . So i placed an order and paid with Debit card. After that i got your order is confirmed, preparing to dispatch. But at 2:16 pm i got mail from amazon that it is cancelled. Message as follows "Hello, We're very sorry to inform you that we won't be able to fulfill one or more items from the following order(s) due to a technical error. We have canceled items from the Order(s) listed below: [protected] B00WMKZFCE We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We value your business and hope that we’ll see you again at Amazon.in. Sincerely, Customer Service Amazon.in http://www.amazon.in/ " Nowadays Amazon cancelling orders and simply saying sorry. They are hurting customers very much.
