Amazon India — Cancelled my order with saying suspicious activity from past orders without any prior order history from that new prime account

I ordered a ssd worth 9498 rupees...with card discount got it around 8548 rupees..and i also had 250 cashback coupon which also applied...but after ordering..and paid upfront...they cancelled my automatically saying

"We canceled your order[protected] because it violates the terms of our Conditions o[censored]se agreement. We have noticed some unusual activity with your account with multiple refunds or replacements were requested in the past."

and for kind information i just recetly opened new prime account and it doesnt have any history of return or refund...
when i tried to convince them they refused to help and said this

"We regret that we have not been able to address your concerns to your satisfaction. However, we consider this matter closed and we will likely not respond to further inquiries about this issue."
if you are seeing this amazon please try to resolve my issue...because of this stupid mistake..i lost my great deal...on that orderd ssd...and also lost my 250 cashback coupon...which got redeemed on this cancelled order...and didnt reverted back even this order cancelled by your side...
please fix my issue asap
