Amazon India — Cancelled order without any reason by amazon after accepting payment moto g turbo | |||||
I had placed an order on Amazon.in with order number #[protected] on[protected] with pre payment option and Amazon also accepted payment and also send confirmation mail on my email id.But after taking money they cancelled my order after few hours without giving any reason .I want my phone or compensation from Amazon.If any technical issue occur in Amazon then why they are running such a big organisation, why they are accepting money for product??? I have ordered Moto G Turbo on 27th March 2016 and got order successful placed confirmation mail. After few hours, i got mail saying the order got auto cancelled. I have paid it online.
