Amazon India — can't login my account

Unable to login my amazon.in account.
It's saying that login password is incorrect.
But it is correct password.
They mailed me to fax me some docs.
But why should i do so?
And i have ordered some items and paid the money.
But they didn't came to me and refund also didn't received.
What can i do now?
Please help me...

We recharge our Jio number vide order no. Order#[protected] Ordered on 13 February 2018 with Rs.448 and payment on such recharge were also deducted. But till date i can't get recharge confirmation. Recharge number is [protected].
