Amazon India — Cash back not processed even after many follow ups (order #[protected] | |||||
I had purchased a handset from amazon for which there was an offer of 10% cash back (Confirmed by amazon in writing). Though the transaction was successfully paid no cashback was received. First followup was done and it was again informed in writing by amazon that cashback would be credited by 23rd april 2016 latest. Still it was not done. I again followed up number of times wherein i was asked numerous verification details & also my bank credit statement. Which as well i sent. Still the cashback is not done and i am not getting proper resolutions Was this information helpful? | |||||
