Dear Mr. Tapas, I have purchased a product from Amazon.in on 10th Aug with Order ID:[protected] in the name of my daughter Monika Madhogaria. There was on offer going on between 10th to 12th Aug, 2015 that if I purchase through app and I make a payment through debit card or credit card, I would be receiving cashback of 15% with a maximum cap value of Rs 1500/- The Offer details can be seen in the following link. http://www.amazon.in/b?ie=UTF8&node=[protected]. I have done exactly the same, but have not received the cash back. On enquiring with them following was the response: Hello Monica, We are writing to you regarding the Cash Back for your order #[protected]. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that we are not able to help you as you have hoped we would. I understand that you have placed the order with Amazon and it is our responsibility to provide you with all the customs with your cash back but since the banks were the ones which provided you with this offer, we are limited to help you other than to just tell you to contact your bank. I see that your issue was escalated to the billing department and i know that it has already taken a lot of time to get resolved. I apologise for this issue. I also see that your Cash Back had already been initiated in between 9 November and 12 November 2015. I request you to please contact your bank for the Cash Back credit details. I assure you that you will be informed about this for sure.
