Amazon India — Cash back not received for purchase made in october 2015 | |||||
Dear team, My order date was 14-oct-15 order #[protected] * Kindly confirm when will i receive credit of promotion offer for making Purchase from hdfc credit card. The credit was supposed to be posted in January 2015. My credit card number was updated and i have provided the details on email also but the email service team is having poor knowledge and customer service. I am running for rs.1500 cash back from amazon india pvt ltd which was supposed to be posted in credit card from which i made purchase. The following response i received recently on 26th may 2016 from amazon team. Please read: _ Hello, We are writing this email regarding the cash back inquiry of on your order #[protected]. We have an update from our promotion team cash back has been sent to all the eligible customer's on 17th jan 2016. Since we had processed all the cash back, i'm sorry, but we can't offer any additional insight or action on this matter. Thank you for your understanding.
