Amazon India — cheated by and worst experience with amazon and seller puma sports india

I would like to suggest all customer that please do not buy anything from amazon india, specially during offer period.
I never gone through this kind of very bad experienced with amazon india, in last 10 years of my online shopping experience.
As per amazon india customer executive that all risk is belong to customer only if customer buy any product from amazon india specially during offer period.

Actually, i have purchased a "puma one8 sneaker white men by virat kohli" white shoes on 07-may-2019 (Order #:[protected] during summer sale (4th to 7th may, 2019).
And amazon has create 7 major mistakes/issue which are as follows, regarding my order and finally not replaced with original ordered product :
1. I have received totally wrong product from amazon india/puma sports india i. E. Black color and different model's puma shoe with different size.
2. Ir-responsible behavior of amazon: i immediatly raised a complain to customer care and sent the picture of received product with all details through an email suggested by amazon india customer executive. But they asked for 10 days to investigate about this seller irresponsibilities behaviour, for just only 1-2 hour task. As per my understanding, maximum 1-2 days could be sufficient to resolve this issue but they demand 10 days. Ok, then i have called amazon customer care after 8 days of raise the complain, they asked to wait 2 more days. So, i waited for 2 more days, but there was no response or any communication received from amazon so i called amazon customer care at 12th day (22-may-2019) since launch the complain. Then i came to know about there illogical resolution.
3. Amazon india customer executive said me when i was called to amazon that he was not able to see replacement option against my order #:[protected]. He asked me for refund, but i refused from refund. Because i have ordered that product on offer price after a long wait and wasted so many hours to find and order this product and conversation with amazon customer care. I clearly request for only replacement. I received wrong product is this customer's fault or seller?
4. After so many argument i have asked him to connect me with his senior executive. I talked with his senior executive and he has arranged a replacement for order #:[protected]. But suddenly on 23-may-2019, three different amazon delivery executive came to my home for pickup the same old wrong product against refund/return of the order #:[protected], that was totally surprising for me. I have not given the wrong delivered product to two initial amazon delivery executive. Even they told me that first i need to return wrong product then they can deliver original ordered product. And the last final third amazon delivery executive said the same thing to me to return the product first then they can deliver original one. I thought all the 3 person is saying the same thing so then it is true so i have given the delivered wrong product to him and taken the picture of amazon return slip.
5. Today on 24-may-2019, again one diferent amazon delivery executive came to my home for replacement of the product and asked for old wrong delivered product. I told him that i already given it to their amazon delivery executive, yesterday. Then he was start talking with very rubbish and abusive language to me and said me that to call amazon customer care and find the solution then i could call him then he will come in 30 next minutes.
6. Immediatly, i called amazon customer care and explained everyting to him and given awb number:[protected]. Finally he said that the old wrong product has received at their amazon warehouse so i would not get replacement of wrong dilivered product. I asked why? He said that 3 different return/refund request has raised from their end by their customer care executive's mistake and by it's my bad luck that i handed over the old wrong product among those 3 return/refund request. So, i can only get refund, so he said that it's my bad luck that i can only get refund of my all wasted time, money, patience.
7. I am sure and it is likely to be impossible that how any system can generate 4 different requests for same product or order #[protected] (3 return request and one replacement request). Functionally, it is major/serious bug in amazon's system/process and policies.
8. Even now, on amazon's my order page i seen that they are displaying wrong status and status message that customer has refused to take the replacement of original ordered product against order #:[protected] and replacement order #[protected] of same product i. E. "puma one8 sneaker white men by virat kohli". Whereas i never refused for delivery of this orinal product. I wanted it but everyting did wrong without my any mistake. The ordering from amazon india is our fault?

My final question was why customer will suffer for amazon's mistake and blunder?
One-two mistakes can considerable but all 7 times misatkes for same order, who will pay for it? Why always customer suffer and pay-off?

Even, amazon india customer executives are not aware with the difference between policies and functional/technical business logic?

Therefore, if any customer do not want to take risk from shopping on amazon india then please avoid shopping on amazon india website/app.
