Hello,
I have purchased a watch from Amazon and created return for same and no one came to collect my product and in tracking it was showing return is picked...on 24 September 2025. Since I am calling to requesting them to collect and give me my refund..they said they are investigating my issue and will solve soon and my refund will be give on 13oct2025.
Today 14oct 2025-
Amazon refused to give me my refund and reason was given to me that incorrect product received...but truth is no one came to collect the watch...it is fraud happen with me..I need my money
