Amazon India — Company did fraud with me

I had placed my order with Amazon not only once but two time but inspite of taking my order seriously they play a trick with me, i didn't got my product but they show that my product has been delivered i call them more than twice but the issue didn't resolve please take care of my issue

Updated by niksudan95 I had suffered because of company faulty services both my time and money has been wasted and this is not the first time so please look out my issue as soon As possible.
