Amazon India — Company not sending cash back on my bank account | |||||
Order no[protected] purchase from amazon india (mobile app). purchase date -15/10/2015 i purchased a mobile phone (its price was Rs.5999). when i purchased that time company gave offer 15% cashback in your bank account after 2 month of purchasing . So i purchased but i never get my 15% cash back amount which is Rs 900 .when i complain amazon custome care department then they told me wait you will get cashback in your bank account . wait ...wait ..wait ...always wait but chasback receiving date was 17/01/2016. but still i not received my amount . so i want to request to you please take strong action on this company for this big fraud. i am sending you invoice also you can check.
