Amazon India — complaint against low quality product (faulty battery) | |||||
I have ordered one (Certified refurbished) mi band hrx edition (Black), from amazon.in on 11.06.2018 and it was delivered on 19.06.2018. But after using 15 -20 days the battery i have noticed, the battery of the band is not so good. On amazon site it is written 20 days of battery back up and i was getting hardly 1-2 days only. After that battery is totally not working for an hour. I am very much disappointed by the amazon for their defective product. Also the customer remark option is not working in the website. They are making us fool by selling all these faulty products. Was this information helpful? | |||||
