[Resolved] Amazon India — complaining about hard drive. | |||||
I recently bought portable hard drive in amazon. But it is different from i ordered. So i requested for replacement. But the replacement product also not working properly. So i requested for refund and also the product was picked up by amazon agent. But the refund was not initiated still now. Also the pick up happened before 20 days. I already complained this query to amazon care. But there's no response from amazon team. Was this information helpful? | |||||
