Amazon India — Complaining about the product functioning | |||||
I have bought xccess pulse a101 mobile from amazon which is not sustaining the charge for atleast one day. Ordrer delivery dated 16 june 2017. We recieved it as cash on delivery. But the mobile is not retaining its charge for not even one day. So please we request to repair it as the warranty is given for one year. We contacted the xccess pulse toll free number they asked to contact amazon and then after they will process the issue for us. Was this information helpful? | |||||
