Hello sir i purchased a mobile realme 2 pro from amazon it has mentioned 6 months warranty for mobile. I purchased renewed mobile by mistake. After 30 days mobile not working. When i visited nearest service centre at pondicherry they told me no warranty for this mobile. Amazon cheated me i want my money back or else want new mobile. Don't cheat people. We have perused the complaint received from Ms. Aishwaryalakshi ("Complainant") and find that she had purchased one (Renewed) Realme 2 Pro RMX1801 (Blue Ocean, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage) ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected], which was purchased from the independent third party seller, i.e., SARF Communication Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and has requested for return for replacement/refund.
It is submitted that the Complainant may contact the Seller directly for warranty/after sales services available on the Product.
It is submitted that ASSPL does not provide any after sales services, warranty or guarantee, in relation to any product listed by the independent third party seller on the Website.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
