Amazon India — Complaint about defective product | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased from amazon.in, order id[protected]) toatal of 14000 rs. On the 21 of jan 2017, I bought a brand new colpad cool1 dual smartphone. However, upon two days o[censored]sing it, i noticed that the backlit led og one of the navigation buttons lit more. for proof i have attach the two images.I contacted both amazon and smartphone customer service but both were unable to help me.But i purchased the smarrtphone from amazon.in and they have 10 day replacement policy and they can replace my phone. But they are not replacing it and they are also not replying my emails when i try to contact them.However, since than 4 days have passed without me receiving any replacement.In this regard, I insist on getting a refund of my full payment if the replacement will not arrive within one more week because the return window will closed on 2nd of feb 2017 on amazon.in. please help me as early as possible.
