Amazon India — complaint about delivery associate

Hi team today i have receive my amazon order from amazon grocery store against (Order[protected] but the delivery person's behave was very rude and he denied to come at the door step and apart from this he ask my father to come down and take all the material which we had ordered. He unpacked our all items and handover it to my father. Its a humble request to you that pls take instant action against this and make sure he will not deliver my goods here again. Mobile no.
