Amazon India — Complaint about the dell vostro 3559 laptop received on 5th February 2017 that is dead on arrival | |||||
Hi there, I am facing a trouble as the laptop which I recieved online on 5th of Feb 2017 was dead on arrival, Even after charging it for 5-7 hrs in different interval of time, there was no response, it was not turning on, when it was checked by dell engineers they said need 40 days to fix for which I am not ready, I just want the laptop to be replaced within 3 days or else I may have to unwillingly make a complaint in india consumer forum.
