Amazon India — complaint against order #[protected] | |||
This is regarding order #[protected]. I never received this order and it is incorrectly marked as delivered with amazon. I received a call from amazon delivery agent on 11th october asking to me take the package. Since i was unavailable, i asked him to reschedule the delivery next day, i. E. 12th october. But i got an email on 11th october after 9 pm stating that my order is delivered and package is handed directly to customer. Since i did not receive this package, i immediately connected with amazon team via chat and they told me that this is a false update and i should not worry about this. On 12th october, i was awaiting further update on my order and since i did not get any call from delivery boy or any amazon agent, i again connected with amazon csa - priyanka and she told that she'll cancel the order on my behalf and refund would be issued in 4 days. Since, then i have been following up with different team members from amazon and they have been feeding me incorrect information. Every time i talk to one of their agents, i am given different answer. Can you look into this issue, i want my full refund for this order. Was this information helpful? | |||
