Hello, I had purchased Gillette Fusion Proglide FlexBall Manual Shaving Razor Blades - 8s Pack (Cartridge) from Amazon India on 22nd May 2017 vide the Order Number[protected]. When the Product was delivered, I was travelling. Two days back when I started using the Blades, I got irritation on my skin. Today, again I had the same experience. Blades are different than what it used to be. Overall I feel there is a Quality defect. Today when I called the Amazon Customer care agent "Ravikant from Pune office" and complained about the Product defect, he said he agrees to the problem but cannot do anything as I should have given the complaint within 10 days post delivery. I told him that I was travelling but he refused to budge in. He also didn't allow me to speak to the Manager. I feel that I have been cheated by Amazon India by sending the defective or duplicate product. I have the Original Blade and can see the difference clearly. I want a strict action against them.
