Amazon India — Amazon for refusing to give back my money Um umadevi r8 on Feb 8, 2017 I received a worst customer service from AMAZON support staff. The person after kept waiting for 40 minutes, simply left the conversation without giving me any reply. So, I decided not to buy anything and decided to close my AMAZON Account. But, I have some money in my AMAZON Wallet. The AMAZON refused to transfer the money into my bank account. There are suggesting me to buy something with that money. But, I don't want to buy anything from a website which has a staff who don't values it's customers. So, I decided to file a complaint against AMAZON INDIA... Was this information helpful? | |||||
