Amazon India — Complaint for not getting refund

I have purchased a womens duangree from amazon and due to some problem i have return that and the item has been received also. From last week i was trying to contact from that dealer name @ aarti collection but no one is picking up the call and nor on the customer services of amazon no. After facing soo much problem i have decided to take this action. I am not at all satisfied with your coustomer service nor you are trying to contact for that refund with in this week i want my refund. I am trying to contact amazon customer services and aarti collection but no one is picking up the call. Not able to shop with your ste again in the future. If you didnt take action in this so after that my father going to talk with you and he is advocate whether you take it as action. I have attached the courier receipt of the returned item.
