Amazon India — complaint regarding amazon prepaid order | |||||
Dear sir/madam I place order on 19 july 2018 on amazon.in I purchased seagate external hard drive 1tb in sell, witch already paid 2940 by my debit card, expected delivery date is 2 august to 7 august after that they change 3 august to 7 august, but product not delivered yet, i complaint on 8 august 2018 costumer care executive ask me we send email to seller wait 2 days after that we will a to z claim and today is 11 august, again i contact amazon costumer care executive and they ask me please wait for 2 more days, Was this information helpful? | |||||
