Amazon India — Complaint Regarding Defective Product and Refund Delay

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order placed on Amazon India. The details are as follows:

Product Name: [GI-790 MULTI COLOR INK AND ASTROTALK RAW PYRITE BRACELET.]

Date of Purchase: 28.05.2026

Issue: Delivery not received.

Despite raising the issue through Amazon’s customer support on [02.06.2026 10.00 AM], the matter remains unresolved. I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution within the stipulated time frame.

This constitutes deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I request immediate action to:

Process a full refund or replacement of the product.

Provide compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Ensure such lapses do not occur in the future.

If the issue is not resolved within 1 days, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
