I have placed a order of two cosmetic product #[protected], #[protected]. The product received was not okay.Even it was not sealed. Looks like it was already opened and one of the bottle inside the product was leaking. I request customer service agent to return my product and refund money.
The agent told me that he has asked seller to refund for products right away and you can dispose off the items since we cant take it back.
But its been more than two weeks m daily following up with them they didn't provided refund.
Also there are no checks on quality of cosmetic product they are sending, There are allot of duplicacy in these products Was this information helpful? |
