Dear Amazon,
On 2nd March, 2023 I made an order from Amazon of three crop top combos. Two combos were having three tops each and one combo having two tops. On 6th March, 2023 I received my package from Amazon early morning. I opened my package, Package contained only single combo of two tops. Rest two combos were not there. Also the package was having Bill of all the three combos. I immediately called the delivery agent to check if my other packages are there with him or not, he said no mam. After delivering, all the three combos were showing delivered. I waited till evening. Then I contacted costumer care of Amazon, told everything about the package, so the Amazon agent raised the investigation against the seller, and asked to contact again on 10th March. I contacted on 10th March, they told me to wait again till 15th March, But due to some reasons I contacted after 23rd March and got to know from costumer care that they can't refund my money because they have delivered complete package. Being asked for more information, they only say we can't do anything as investigation has been completed and rest we told you.
