Amazon India — credit card refund not received | |
Product cancelled - refund not received Hi, I have made a purchase on amazon on 22/05/2018 for 29265.42/-, same day i have cancelled the product and made another purchase on amazon and waiting for the refund. After two days i called amazon to check the status of the refund. Customer service team has informed me that they have already processed the refund on the same day and my amount would be credited back to my credit card by or before 28/05/2018. After 28st i made couple of calls to amazon to inform that i have not received my refund. They clearly told me they cannot do anything they have already processed the refund and check with your bank. I called my bank number of times they have informed me that their is no refund was initiated from the amazon. I am struggling in between the bank amazon to get my refund and both of the institutes are not helping me out. Was this information helpful? | |

I ordered a product 28/4/18.RS-22150/-.I cancelled product. But refund money do not credit on my account. I call customer care .customer care told that I paid your account. But the money do not credit my account. Bank said that you and Amazon problem. I don't understand I do.My number [protected].please call.and said your problem.
