Amazon India — cust team is unable to fix my problem | |||
I bought an amazfit smartwatch on aug 14 2018 for 8999inr order no[protected] and on 26th of june 2019 its display gone blank without any external damage. At the time of buying it showed like 1 year warranty policy so i contacted the customer service team thrice every time they gave me reply like the seller team will e-digital store india will contact you in 2 days and till now they haven’t. Last time e-digital store india replied like check the back side of local package for address. Third time when i contacted amazon your customer agent apologised me for not providing any information and he also told me amazon can’t do anything about the product (Repairing or replacing) so i am feeling like getting cheated by amazon. If you can do anything please let me know. I’m attaching the proofs of the replies from both amazon and e-digital store india. Was this information helpful? | |||
