I have ordered a microsoft lumia phone 8gb, black on 13th march - for which i have paid whole amount with an emi scheme. To date no information regarding dispatch etc.I have contacted several times to custom care. all the time there response are very nice but all in vain no proper answer. I contacted the seller and they said it is dispatched but no status record is found. Custom care of amazon.in is asking me now to cancel the order and make a new order. in the mean time 1st emi is already deducted - then who will take the responsibility of this emi ? I need my ordered phone with the same purchase order as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
