Amazon India — Customer seeking justification for delivered wrong parcel

I have the honour to draw your kind perusal that I Joy Biswas, New Customer of Amazon.in registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
I ordered a Air Compressor on March 23, 2021 ASIN : B07QN6Q3YF and Order No :[protected].

This is my first order placed on Amazon.But I was ultimately disappointed by your seller & customer support.

Dear CS,

I ordered a Air Compressor on March 23, 2021 ASIN : B07QN6Q3YF and Order No :[protected].

This is my first order placed on Amazon because your site is recommended by your several customers good reviews.
But I was ultimately disappointed by your seller & customer support.

I have faith about your Work, Understanding, Policy, Authenticity & Judgement like millions of happy customers.

The Order No :[protected] delivery expected by Mar 26, 2021 - Mar 30, 2021. I have received a box as a order delivery on Mar 25, 2021 in the evening.
This box contains document (Invoice) is related to my order but the product totally wrong (A cell phone Plastic cover).
As a instructions of buyer help guidance I was waiting for last delivery expected date + 3 Business days more that is Mar 30, 2021 + 3 Business days = 3rd April 2021 afternoon I have lodge a complain about the issue.
I have sent 2-3 mail to seller also at the same time and file a claim against seller in this issue.

But the claim was denied on same day. Next day I was appeal on denied claim, this was also denied with an unauthentic excuses the screenshot of the reply attached in this mail.

I have no account in amazon.com as well as I have not placed any other ordered in Amazon, none even contact customer support team like this isuues.
This my first order and this is my first complain ever.

I have submitted all informations to your investigation team such as national I'd upload and received box snap shots including shipping label, date, time, tracking number, box waight also.

I am writing this email to you very hopefully that I am totally confused and helplessness by customer support behaviour.

Order Value : 44, 000/-

I am ordered a product from Amazon.in. website. I received wrong item which have no link to my ordered. So I have the right to asking about order whare seller failure to resolve the issue and willfully shipping fake box. I am not find any fault of me for this circumstance.

All paperwork and all evidence has been ready to submitting what you have need for further investigation.

DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE

AMAZON.IN CONDUCT THE CODE O[censored]NFAIR TRADE PRACTICES.

I have gone through proper investigation and i found that vide Order ID.[protected]. The seller reply on my legal notice that order delivery not successful. Delivery parcel meet error by one of seller in house employee.
Further seller sent the actual matters regarding this issue. But Amazon pay not Refund buyer or nor the disbursement to seller. So have not paid for the order because Amazon teminate seller account from marketplace. Due to this seller not send Refund . But it is true that seller non paid for aforesaid order.

So why Amazon do not refund ?
Why Amazon has adopted unfair trade practices.

Over 80 mail sent to Amazon all possible contact. Over 100, 000 word writing to resolve this refund issue. Over telephone spend 200 minutes to customer support. Tweet regarding this issue 100 times.

So it significantly deficiency of Service, misrepresenting information, unfair trade practices example.

Amazon have no humanity for resolve any issues in priority basis.

But this condition not entertaining by court.
