Amazon India — Customer service executive hung up the call being abusive | |||||
Hello there, I have a complain against ms. Sonal a customer care representative, she has been abusing me over the phone. I asked her to transfer the call to the manager or the supervisor, she asked me if there is anything else she can do for me, again when i asked her to transfer the call to the manager or the supervisor, she told me she told me she will not do that and she was extremely rude to me and i have lost my cool and i am taking this matter to the extreme to even file a case against amazon having such, customer care reps. I have all the recorded conversation and i want sonal to call me and apologise to me. She just hung up on me saying she cannot do much about it. This is insane and this should not happen to another customer. Will take up the matter seriously. I will make sure she regrets for her mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
