Hi Team,

I recently made amazon purchase from my mobile application. While checked my cart and ensured delivery type is free then I proceed to payment. But after payment success from bank end, Amazon leaving me additional 50rs amount on delivery charges and it is providing me the option to cancel the order. The final page contains only one button "Place an order". Why the additional delivery cost not reflected in my cart, why there is no cancel order button at final order process page. is this kind of online selling strategy. I didn't expected this from Amazon. If it specified as Free in cart it should be free in complete order process. ORDER ID for your reference:

    I ordered a smartphone after enqurie about return and refund.
    I was told that you can return upto 10 days
    Now i found that phone camera quality is not satisfying me.
    But amazon custmor care people are not ready for refunding..
    They are saying that item could be returned only if it has some technical issues other wise it can not be returned.
    Now i am helpless..
    Despite spending 20000 rupess i am not satisfied and i am in stress of loosing hardend money..

      Dear "Amazon India",

      I'm an avid customer of Amazon.in and shop regularly for a variety of goods. I've always enjoyed the experience provided by Amazon but I am afraid it won't be so any more. My experience has been tainted by this unexpected "lock" of my Amazon account with no reason stated whatsoever.

      I was ordering the Amazon Exclusive phone - Oneplus 5 from Amazon using my husband's debit card, however, the order was placed successfully and my debit card was also subsequently charged, but my account got locked and I fear that I may have lost quite a large amount with this order. I received no mail whatsoever about the lock but when I try to login, it states that my account has been locked for security purposes. I do not understand why this lock has been placed on my account as the payment was successful and everything else was in the correct order. I've tried numerous times to call Amazon Help Line number[protected] but all I get is automated replies from your employees that they'll be setting up some kind of form or email that'll unlock my account. I need my phone before 15th July as its a gift for my son whose birthday is on 18th July. I honestly didn't expect this to happen at such a crucial time.

      I used an ICICI Debit card which works fine everywhere else, including your competitor - Flipkart, and I am sorry to say but I may consider switching to the other site if the problem doesn't get resolved and may be forced to go on social media and state my grievances in the public, which wouldn't be too good for the company's general image.

      Kindly look into the matter with utmost priority as ₹40, 000 isn't a small amount. The order was placed about a day ago on the account linked with the email address : lovely041970(at)gmail.com

      The amount has already been deducted from my debit card.

        Order# Order#[protected] was promised to delivered on July 8th 2017, but they said it will be delivered 1 day before on july 7th 2017, but by 8:00 pm got a message saying not able to reach me on the phone. which is totally false no missed call is shown on my phone. it was totally lies, 1st mistake from Amazon.
        on 8th july i called a amazon agent he told me parcel will be delivered by 8 PM and same was published on the amazon portal also. I was waiting till 08PM nobody gave me a call. then i tried to contact the amazon customer service and one customer service guy told it will be delivered by 9th july 11:00 AM. but it was not delivered at all again the false promise
        then on 9th july 2017 got an sms from amazon saying one amazon agent mobile number when i called him he is saying he is not a amazon agent to deliver any parcel (2nd mistake). 9th july 11:30 AM i again contacted amazon service one other guy took my call and promised me he will get back to me in 30 mins with amazon agent proper phone number and he also didn't turn up but sending a email with false statement he contact me but i am not picking my phone. 3rd mistake by amazon
        again i called amazon customer service again the same answer the parcel will be delivered as soon as possible but till now it 9th july 6:30 PM the parcel is not delivered to my address.
        totally wasted my weekend waiting for this parcel

I paid the amount through SBI net Banking Details:Accoun no. [protected] IFSC CODE-SBIN0010440. After receiving delivery on 01072017 I called technician on 02072017 he found different product as IFB AQUA VX 6Kg I at once sent the details to replace the product but rejected for replacement butf refund Since this is the clear cut case of cheating because the rate of same product has enhanced after PostGST.Who will be responsible for sending different product. I was dire need of product so I purchased it through offline for more amount as 31990 more than Rs 2500 through BAJAJ Finance Card as the amount could not reverse where as I purchased through Net Banking. Hence, I request you to please pay the difference immediately or I will be forced to take up the matter to higher authorities such as CONSUMER FORUM or COURT OR ANYWHERE.

          I once again post my complaint reg. loss of Rs.2500 but the e retailer did not mention about loss during comment. Hence I request humbly to compensate the amount of Rs2500 which I paid during purchase IFB WASHINH MACHINE. IF THE AMOUNT IS NOT COMSENTATED OR GIVEN TO ME IWOULD CONSIDER IT WAS A CHEATING AND IN FUTURE I AS WELL AS MY COLLEAGUES FRIENDS AND RELATIVES WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM SUCH A FRAUD E RETAILER.

            i had ordered a mp3 palyer (BLUTECH Mini Mp3 Player with data cable & earphone (MULTI COLOURS) ) dated 4th july 2017 and i received it yesterday i.e 8th july 2017 after some confusion.

            I have been charging it for quite some time now.but it hasn't turned on yet, unless it is connected to the pc.

            why is this happening ?? when it is clearly written on the packet that it contains a built in rechargeable battery.

            please give me suggestions as to what i need to do.

              My order was to be delivered by 7-7-2017 and the delivery executive had called me also, however he seemed to be very demanding and he asked me that he has come to that place which is farther from my location (Delivery location) and he asked me come that place. When i requested him to the nearest place of the delivery address, he denied saying (Me vaha nai aunga, mera kuch kaam nai h vaha, ana h to aao nai to rhne do, jisse baat krni h karlo), immediately after that i had a chat with the customer service officer wherein he assured me that he will register a complaint against the courier and my order will get delivered soon. I waited till[protected] and finally i got a call from the same person namely vaibhav khule and he said he will be reaching my new address whin half an hour and he didn't come till 4-5 hours and then i called on the same number to confirm whether he is coming or not because i had other works to attend and he replied me that he is not coming then i told him i will file a complaint against you for worst customer service, he replied me that "jisse complaint krna h kar do", and i have still not got my order, from tomorrow i wont be available at my residence place, then my order will again delayed, should i cancel my order

                This post is about the great Indian sale which amazon had put up last year. This was in my mind from the time I checked this post but I really found it funny . I accidentally came up today with the news of another bigsale coming up, so thought of sharing this .

                Amazon shows that Britannia good day 120 gms pack whose original price is 1200 Rs is sold by a discount price to 25 rs .amazon claims that you get a whooping discount of 1175 rs (97%) .

                Britannia Marie, whose original price is Rs 750 is sold at Rs 15 so you get a discount of Rs
                735 (98%)

                Is this what you mean by great Indian sale amazon?

                  This mail is regarding my order given on 25th jun 2107 and order number [protected].
                  I have ordered a woman's tshirt of small size which is grey in color. T-shirt i got was not fit for me, it was little bit tight. So i have initiated a request for refund of item. Time was given by amazon to me for being at home...i managed my work time schdule and rushed back to home so the item can be collected...but nobody came to me...i asked amazon about the failure and they said that delivery boy could not come to your place just for one item...so they cancelled the time... Again i called amazon and again customer service provider given me the time and same thing I did... But nobody came to me... It was very difficult for me to manage the time evey day...third time again i called back to amazon they promised me that they will collect the item on Saturday and if they cant come then they will first initiate the refund and then proceed to their procedure... But again they did the same and messaged me that they will come on monday... I am not able to manage my time again and again... So i requested to come on sunday because i uesd to be free...but customer service advisor said that office of blue dart company is closed on sunday... And delivery boy could not come to my place... I asked the advisor to transferred the call to senior and she did but i was not satisfied with their suggestions and i said to transferred to their incharge but the reply she had given me was shocking she said I WILL NOT TRANSFER THE CALL...
                  So it is kindly requested to you to please to take strict action against blue dart company and against the customer advisor too... The name of advisor was Miss. Sabhasani nath...

                    Being Amazon prime customer, I should get guaranteed delivery next day on eligible products but it never happens ... Amazon Cheats.. It's all started on 2nd July with my order[protected] this I received a faulty product of which I didn't get refund yet, Same product 2nd order I have placed yesterday which was supposed to get deliver today but not delivered even after making several calls, right now the time is 10.56pm. Delivery Agent number provided to me is also not working since 8.33 am today.

                    For this product I have kept my office open today till 11.08pm, Amazon customer department are also not aware where the product is and when it will get deliver.. Please stop fooling people in the name of Prime Service .

                        Have ordered honor 6x (grey, 64gb) on 22nd june. Delivery charges paid for the product. Am a prime member too.
                        confirmed delivery date was 1st july.
                        Havent received the product till 8th july.
                        Lodged compliant on 3rd july & 8th july.
                        its seems like Customer service also help less, they are asking to wait for onother 2 weeks.
                        Dont know what to do...

                            Really fed up of the service of Amazon and i think I owe an explanation for the below mentioned incidents

                            06/07/2017

                            Took prime membership of Amazon for 499 rs on[protected]only for the purpose of getting one day delivery which was the promise by Amazon).
                            Deposit 10000 rs in pay balance(for faster service).

                            Booked a mobile (Redmi 4A/order #[protected] ) with a promise of one day delivery and paid from paybalance, ie on or before 7/7/2017 8.00 pm.

                            Got the following message @14.01 - Arriving today:your package with Redmi 4A (Gold, 16GB) will be delivered by AmzAgent([protected]).
                            (fooling the client started here.The number ([protected]) is giving a message 'temporarily disconnected'.

                            My office time ended at 3.30 pm but i waited upto 6.00 pm and the called up a customer care executive at 6.10, who told me to wait upto 8.00 pm as material is out for delivery.But she was not able to provide any contact number or the name of courier company.

                            At 8.15, again I called up customer care and got a reply that some times the delivery may get little delayed and will reach max by 9.00.He was also not aware of the name of courier company or any contact details.

                            At 80.30, I received an sms stating, 'We attempted to deliver your order with Redmi 4A(Gold, 16 GB), Which was totally wrong, because I was waiting at or office reception for the whole time/office was open/my phone was on(no calls were received).

                            I tried to call the customer care number[protected], from my registered mobile number (9870******) and shocked to know that they blocked my number also.It was getting disconnected after pressing language(2) and type of query(1-order status).

                            I called from office land line and my other mobile number and spoke to three different peoples in two different attempts to get the address of courier company, atleast so that I can go and collect same time or next day(As my office is closed for Saturday/Sunday) and I am staying at a two hour traveling distance from there.I was repeatedly requesting them for courier address so that I can go and collect from there as it was a bit urgent and Saturday/Sunday my office is going to be closed.But unfortunately no body from the customer care was able to find out the courier company/contact details/location of the material, which I suspect not even reached Mumbai on 7/7/2017 and Amazon was just trying to fool the client with all this sms and updates.

                            They were not aware of courier company details in the evening, but send me a fake contact number (AmzAgent([protected])) in the morning ?Whose number was that?

                            I was compelled to wait at office from 3.30 pm to 9.30 pm by Amazon, when they were aware that it was not going to be delivered on[protected].
                            And even after paying for prime membership, the response from customer care was very poor/not up to the mark and the last guy was something like--- hello hello your voice is not audible- please call back- and disconnected the call.

                            I changed my delivery address to residence on the hope that I will get it delivered on Saturday[protected], but they informed that the alternate delivery address should be next door and they cannot deliver at kalyan.

                            Now, with prime membership, I am going to get delivery on[protected], for a booking made on[protected].

                              My delivery was to reach within 6-7th july. Today ..july 8th, I check the account to find the redmi 4 is delivered on 5th july successfully. Yet somehow I neither have an sms update nor a single phone call on my given contact no. Now, delivery boy says most likely your phone was switched off. I say do we write the delivery address just for some typing practice? He gives up on the thing, saying that may be "by mistake" it was delivered to somewhere else. ..! And concludes by telling me to re-order the thing. ..very harassing work ethics. Customer satisfaction seems to be going down on their priority list day by day.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered airtel wifi hotspot from amazon on 1st july. It was supposed to be delivered on 6-Jul. I had given address of amazon delivery agent as I may not be at home when delivery arrives. I went to the delivery agent address to collect my goods, but to my surprise he said they no more deal with amazon deliveries. I called the courier boy who was supposed to deliver my goods but he said I am not delivery boy and not deal with anything related to amazon. Online status displays that goods could not be delivered and reattempt is being made.
                                I want it to be delivered to different address which is nearby place where my family members will collect the goods on behalf of me.

                                Please help me resolve the issue.

                                  Very upset with the kind of delivery men Amazon sends. I'm in Ahmedabad and a delivery guy named vikas kumar is so unprofessional that I'm forced to write this review. The products are no doubt as I ordered but the packing was very bad and the person delivering it was like doing some huge favour by giving me my product which I'm paying for. And these delivery men dare me to file a complain against them. Amazon shouldn't promote this kind of behavior. The delivery guy never calls before coming so I never know when he'll visit in the whole day. Is that your policy? If it is then ignore me please. For returning if I choose some time they'll never come in the chosen time.I have recently started liking Amazon and would like to be a regular customer. I humbly request, please improve your services amazon and look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have placed this order on 27th June and was expected to deliver on 3rd July, as i didn't received my order on expected date then i talked to customer support team, he replied "the product got damaged due to rain and you will get a fresh product on or before 7th July", that time i agreed with him and waiting for 7th July.

                                        In the mean time i again talked with customer support team again on 6th July just to get the status. Then he replied "your product will delivered to you tomorrow (7th july)".

                                        On 7th July, i didn't received the same, then i talked again to Customer support team, this time he told me again your product has damaged and what would you like whether you need refund or replace the product?".

                                        I got shocked after hear that. I am waiting for the item "Bitdefender Total Security 2017- 1 PC/3years" from 27th of June and there are lots of important data is in my computer which is unprotected by existing Security software. if any miss-happening occurs who will be responsible for this.

                                        I want to file complaint against Amazon India under consumer court, please suggest what is the procedure? also send me Nodal officer email id.

                                        your customer support person whose name is Abhishek Sharma and his mobile number is [protected] called me to address the issue and started abusing me. pl take appropriate action against him. i have recorded this call and will do accessory if needed.
