      Sir 7 days before i called ur customer care service due to i want to watch skemi gadil orignal 1227 red model but ur customer service nothing to do something after that i can chat with ur amazon assistant jamuna she told me i can solved ur problem and provide u this model no watch. After that again i can chat with devendra he assurance i can do definitely and 24 hours after we can provide this watch so 12 hours completed. But nothing to do something so i request u do something

        I have ordered a phone on 13th jun (Order no #[protected]. On the same day, i have placed another order for back cover and tempered glass for the new handsets. I have received the cover and tempered glass but yet to receive the phone. The phone was supposed to be delivered on 19th june and then again 23rd june but still i have not received the phone. Now what i have understood, the order will be cancelled. I am very very disappointed. I don't know what to do with my cover and tempered glass.

          I cancelled an order 2 weeks ago. So far I have not received refund. Amazon is blaming the bank. Bank customer support wants me to visit the home branch which is 300 km away from my present location

              Courier service or courier boy doesn't deliver the parcel for products purchased from amazon india.
              This is the second instance i've faced in last few months where i even did not received the call and got the message as attempt to deliver fail.
              When i checked the reason i got to know that the courier boy tried looking for address and failed to find which is not true.
              These courier boy doesn't do their job properly and make such excuses.

              We want amazon to take strict actions against such fraud to save amazon business.

                Hello,
                Sir i purchased 2 moto g4plus handsets and one of your employee mr mayank gupta he said that he suggest me that you will received 20% cash back of mobile sets with in 60 days of mobile purchased. Even he placed ordered and i made payment with my credit card. Now it's 5 months has been completed. I didn't received any cash back and now he is not responding. Please do the needful. It's a big fraud.

                  I bought some clothes from amazon. I am prime member of this site. But every time courier company update some fake messages like product is delivered or your address is incomplete or courier boy calling to you but your phone was unreachable. This incidents are happen several times with me. Are amazon appoint those guys for job who are thief? And stealing people's hard earned money. Lots of time i purchased great deals products but this courier company never delivered it to me. Customer care also not helping out.

                    Complaint -
                    The above product is non-compatible.
                    Reason 1 : the taperred glass protector size is shorter than the actual screen/front size of the phone. And the shape of this screen guard is not for samsung galaxy note 5, which generally should have "u" cut at the top and also at the bottom.
                    Reason 2 : once you fit this cover on the phone, ther eis not enough comfortable space to insert charging adaptor pin, as it doesnt get fully in due to the thickness of the cover.

                    And i haven't like this case cover also, as its in 2 seperate pieces and also carrying above problems.
                    I am looking forward to a complete one piece cover, with 360 degree protection for the phone.
                    You may suggest me better piece as per my requirement and i am ready to pay the difference.

                    I ordered mi compatible smart band by captcha and ask for refund for it after returning it to Amazon.. But not yet received the amount.. It's been 1 month but not received the amount..it was the confirmation mail and message from Amazon also that your refund amount is initiated but I waited for 10 days..still not received the refund...

                        Sir, with regards i would like to inform you that service of amazon india has been deteriorated in arrant terms. Amazon india has charged rs. 100 for my order[protected] to avail one - day delivery and at the end of the estimated delivery date, i am still seeing the information - "preparing for despatch". I have waited til the end of the day and nothing positive turns in my favor. I have contacted the customer service and they have tried to deviate my complain with jugglery of words. I have even tried to cancel my order and it's even not canceling. I doubt whether i shall get my money back or not. Please do some justice to me.

                          I have bought the karma ltd prasanath and received damaged product so returned it immediately and file for replacement and never received the product back again it costs 2299rs and now seller is saying that the replacement order has been cancelled this is rediculas fraud u guys took my money and the product to... Never ever going to order anything from amazon and will share this thing on social media to as many as possible will also file a complaint in consumer court... If i didn't hear from you soon

                            Dear sir,

                            I have purchased mi note 4 64gb mobile recently. But its quality is not good. Camera quality is not good. So i have select option for the return but amazon customer executive not give proper response proper response to me. I had tried lots call to custo. Er care but not positive reply from them. I had complaining now th consumer complain.

                            I want ask to amazon if they are not ready to return product why they are put retunrn option in their website. I have lots of purchasing in flipkart and paytm but they are got proper response on time for return and refund policy.

                            After this issue i never want shop by amazon.

                              I purchased one plus two device through amazon last year (June'16). Along with it i had also bought an accidental/damage protection insurance coverage from a company called b2x. On the 30.04.2017 i had an accident with my bike and my phone's display was also damaged. This was well within the timeline of the promised insurance period that b2x had promised me (Date 08.06.2016 to 09.06.2017). I went on to take it up with b2x in order to get my phone repaired. Once i had filed the complaint with them on 30.04.2017, someone from an insurance company called aarvi insurance phoned me and advised me to complete a declaration claim form along with the attached photocopies of the invoice and a snap of my damaged phone. They said i would in due course get an email from them which will have all the forms to be filled and sent to them to process the claim. But after repeatedly calling them for over a month, they never emailed the insurance claim form and hence i was not able to submit my insurance.

                                The incident happened today[protected]
                                So, the first thing i faced during the delivery was the delivery guy was not carrying any card payment machine but at the time of ordering it was clearly mentioned debit/credit card mode is available.
                                Second and the main thing was i ordered for two products one shampoo and one conditioner both was packed in a plastic into a box in a very badly manner. The shampoo was spread all over the plastic as well as the bottle.. It was a horrible experience to see a costly product like this manner. I usually never had such experience from all the other e-commerce companies. Amazon, a renowned one is doing this kind of blunder is such unexpected one. I want a return of this product as soon as possible. I am attaching some photo copies of the product.

                                I had to wait for a day for my refund procedure..though I had to call them several times but satisfied somehow with the assistance they provided since yesterday..I got the refund in my bank account within a day so I feel the procedure was good and fast as well.

                                        I have placed order on 13 june 2017 with order id Order #[protected]. When i got that product i found its screen is blinking, camera quality is so poor as well sim slot is very tight. So i complaint to amazon customer care more then 5 times but they guys only make foolish only.
                                        First one said your payment refund on 22 june but when i didn't get any response from amazon i write and call to amazon again then its executive said you need to download a app first but when i try to access amazon provide link found hat didn't work then now again i contact with amazon now executive said that you need to access a new link and all talking very badly.

                                        I didn't know what amazon treat with customers.

                                        Please help me to explore amazon fraud to all customers so he aware to amazon fraud.
