    Dear consumer forum, this is the last place where i am complaining about my refund problem.
    I have ordered samsung guru music 2 sm-b310e (White) mobile. Ordered on 27 october 2016 order#[protected]
    And i have returned it back to amazon with all their term and condition.
    But amazon never gave refund to me when i emailed them many times they replied
    This mail is regarding our recent conversation for the refund status of the order#[protected].

    Your refund of rs.1700 has been processed successfully on[protected] and the authorization code refund reference number for the transaction is 137629.

    So, i request you to please get in touch with the bank if your bank doesn't provide the refund confirmation. You can go ahead and dispute the transaction as "refund never processed".

    At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund and will help you further with the amount.

    Please do not worry as the refund reference number is an evidence for the transaction and surely the refund should be credited to you without fail.

        I am placed a order for armaf body mist 250ml @390/- on dt.24/07/17, but 1st july i have been received a low price same band body spray which price (May be before gst) below 250/-. I am requesting to amazon so many time for replace the product and also request that if replacement is not possible then give me the excess amount, but they still avoid the matter and told me that the seller will contact you for the same. The said matter is not solved till date, whereas i am a regular customer of amazon. Please help me.

          I had complainted against amazon.in regarding the fake product i had received. But i was waiting for the response and thinking that the complaint will be solved but i received a call from this no [protected] and this man claims that he is from amazon i agreed and had a conversation with him and then he said to tell him my atm card no and validity i said him my atm no and validity then he asked me to tell my otp no then i recognised that he is a person who promotes fraud calls. Please trace this guy as he is asking for my otp no. Amazon company hasn't yet responded to my complaint written earlier.

            I had ordered an product from amazon.in and as per the display amazon says the product is imported from hong kong but the product i received is made in china. Nd the product displays a big product but received product is as small as a key. I prefer everyone to stop buying products from amazon.in as they are selling fake products.               I ordered a ifb washing machine from amazon on june 24, 017. The machine is defective (Broken). I have called amazon, dealer and registered number of complaints but have not received any action against it. This is very disappointing and i demand a strict action against the (Ir-) responsible people associated therewith. Hope hear from you soon amazon.

                On 8th of july 2017, my account was debited with an amount of 741.02 inr from amazon prime at 8:55am. As soon as got the notification of the deduction it was suspicious as no transaction was made by me. I called up the bank and they blocked my card and the net banking services for security reasons. When investigated further with the bank they informed me that this amount was debited by amazon because of their prime membership services. When i checked my account, i saw that no services was opted by me from amazon.

                I called up the amazon.in customer care and they informed me that the amazon.in prime subscription charges are 499 inr, however the amount of 741.02 inr is for amazon.com (Us website) prime subscription and i need to call them up to resolve this. I told them that i don't and never used amazon.com and its not possible as my card details are saved only in amazon.in. However, i called the amazon.com (Us website) customer care and they could not track the transaction. I again called the amazon.in customer care and they were not ready to listen to me and they said that we don not have a record of this and cant help you out.

                This is a complete misuse of customer card details and is clearly a security issue. I want my money back. This has led to a lot of troubles as i had to opt for a fresh card.

                  Hello dear, i am a seller of amazon based in delhi. Since 6 months i am selling there but got no support from amazon, they are only for the buyers, not for the sellers. Totally bloody american policy, as you know how indian buyers are, they use the products and then return it during the return policy is eligible. And then that product returns to the seller but that product cannot be sold again.in that case amazon takes their commission also, they need their commission any how. And the returns occur due to their easy ship service. 30% are the fake buyers of amazon, all are from easy ship collaborated with amazon, is a third party service. And on return amazon takes full amount of easy ship, they don't grace anything to the seller, if there is a profit - takes by amazon and if there is a loss - carried by the seller only. And they don't wish to clear your payments also, will show you different invalid reasons, at the date of getting payment you will get 40% of payment of what you should get.

                  So my request is to all that don't sell your product on amazon, it's an american based company and doing their business here and sucking us... So stop selling on amazon, and let them get out from our country. Don't sell please. Even you can make your own ecommerce website also at less than a lac. So why you give your earnings by hard work to someone like amazon, flipkart etc... All are same

                        When i have to applied for return customer care told me we have no pickup zone

                        And on 3/7/2017 sm express executive call me and he say they are not receive the goods and the also try 2 time more
                        Sm express executive call me again on 5/7/2017 and told this we will be return you your parcel
                        Then i have to call amazon customer care and i get answer there you tell him to hold for two to three days and we will do solution for this.
                        But now and till today i did not get any solution

                          I recently made amazon purchase from my mobile application. While checked my cart and ensured delivery type is free then I proceed to payment. But after payment success from bank end, Amazon leaving me additional 50rs amount on delivery charges and it is providing me the option to cancel the order. The final page contains only one button "Place an order". Why the additional delivery cost not reflected in my cart, why there is no cancel order button at final order process page. is this kind of online selling strategy. I didn't expected this from Amazon. If it specified as Free in cart it should be free in complete order process. ORDER ID for your reference:

                            I ordered a smartphone after enqurie about return and refund.
                            I was told that you can return upto 10 days
                            Now i found that phone camera quality is not satisfying me.
                            But amazon custmor care people are not ready for refunding..
                            They are saying that item could be returned only if it has some technical issues other wise it can not be returned.
                            Now i am helpless..
                            Despite spending 20000 rupess i am not satisfied and i am in stress of loosing hardend money..

                              Dear "Amazon India",

                              I'm an avid customer of Amazon.in and shop regularly for a variety of goods. I've always enjoyed the experience provided by Amazon but I am afraid it won't be so any more. My experience has been tainted by this unexpected "lock" of my Amazon account with no reason stated whatsoever.

                              I was ordering the Amazon Exclusive phone - Oneplus 5 from Amazon using my husband's debit card, however, the order was placed successfully and my debit card was also subsequently charged, but my account got locked and I fear that I may have lost quite a large amount with this order. I received no mail whatsoever about the lock but when I try to login, it states that my account has been locked for security purposes. I do not understand why this lock has been placed on my account as the payment was successful and everything else was in the correct order. I've tried numerous times to call Amazon Help Line number[protected] but all I get is automated replies from your employees that they'll be setting up some kind of form or email that'll unlock my account. I need my phone before 15th July as its a gift for my son whose birthday is on 18th July. I honestly didn't expect this to happen at such a crucial time.

                              I used an ICICI Debit card which works fine everywhere else, including your competitor - Flipkart, and I am sorry to say but I may consider switching to the other site if the problem doesn't get resolved and may be forced to go on social media and state my grievances in the public, which wouldn't be too good for the company's general image.

                              Kindly look into the matter with utmost priority as ₹40, 000 isn't a small amount. The order was placed about a day ago on the account linked with the email address : lovely041970(at)gmail.com

                              The amount has already been deducted from my debit card.

                                Order# Order#[protected] was promised to delivered on July 8th 2017, but they said it will be delivered 1 day before on july 7th 2017, but by 8:00 pm got a message saying not able to reach me on the phone. which is totally false no missed call is shown on my phone. it was totally lies, 1st mistake from Amazon.
                                on 8th july i called a amazon agent he told me parcel will be delivered by 8 PM and same was published on the amazon portal also. I was waiting till 08PM nobody gave me a call. then i tried to contact the amazon customer service and one customer service guy told it will be delivered by 9th july 11:00 AM. but it was not delivered at all again the false promise
                                then on 9th july 2017 got an sms from amazon saying one amazon agent mobile number when i called him he is saying he is not a amazon agent to deliver any parcel (2nd mistake). 9th july 11:30 AM i again contacted amazon service one other guy took my call and promised me he will get back to me in 30 mins with amazon agent proper phone number and he also didn't turn up but sending a email with false statement he contact me but i am not picking my phone. 3rd mistake by amazon
                                again i called amazon customer service again the same answer the parcel will be delivered as soon as possible but till now it 9th july 6:30 PM the parcel is not delivered to my address.
                                totally wasted my weekend waiting for this parcel

I paid the amount through SBI net Banking Details:Accoun no. [protected] IFSC CODE-SBIN0010440. After receiving delivery on 01072017 I called technician on 02072017 he found different product as IFB AQUA VX 6Kg I at once sent the details to replace the product but rejected for replacement butf refund Since this is the clear cut case of cheating because the rate of same product has enhanced after PostGST.Who will be responsible for sending different product. I was dire need of product so I purchased it through offline for more amount as 31990 more than Rs 2500 through BAJAJ Finance Card as the amount could not reverse where as I purchased through Net Banking. Hence, I request you to please pay the difference immediately or I will be forced to take up the matter to higher authorities such as CONSUMER FORUM or COURT OR ANYWHERE.

Hence I request humbly to compensate the amount of Rs2500 which I paid during purchase IFB WASHINH MACHINE.                                     i had ordered a mp3 palyer (BLUTECH Mini Mp3 Player with data cable & earphone (MULTI COLOURS) ) dated 4th july 2017 and i received it yesterday i.e 8th july 2017 after some confusion.

                                    I have been charging it for quite some time now.but it hasn't turned on yet, unless it is connected to the pc.

                                    why is this happening ?? when it is clearly written on the packet that it contains a built in rechargeable battery.

                                    please give me suggestions as to what i need to do.

                                      My order was to be delivered by 7-7-2017 and the delivery executive had called me also, however he seemed to be very demanding and he asked me that he has come to that place which is farther from my location (Delivery location) and he asked me come that place. When i requested him to the nearest place of the delivery address, he denied saying (Me vaha nai aunga, mera kuch kaam nai h vaha, ana h to aao nai to rhne do, jisse baat krni h karlo), immediately after that i had a chat with the customer service officer wherein he assured me that he will register a complaint against the courier and my order will get delivered soon. I waited till[protected] and finally i got a call from the same person namely vaibhav khule and he said he will be reaching my new address whin half an hour and he didn't come till 4-5 hours and then i called on the same number to confirm whether he is coming or not because i had other works to attend and he replied me that he is not coming then i told him i will file a complaint against you for worst customer service, he replied me that "jisse complaint krna h kar do", and i have still not got my order, from tomorrow i wont be available at my residence place, then my order will again delayed, should i cancel my order

                                        This post is about the great Indian sale which amazon had put up last year. This was in my mind from the time I checked this post but I really found it funny . I accidentally came up today with the news of another bigsale coming up, so thought of sharing this .
